The importance to practice Etiquette and protocol into the business world is
that with this tools we can know the proper ways of behavior that are
necessary for interpersonal relationships, especially when it comes to business
as a person interested in purchasing a product or service. It is noted that under
certain situations these tools will give you a general idea of the way we must
act in our labor issues.
2. What is the most important thing you should have in mind when you
introduce someone?
What I have in mind is to have a good tone of my voice and try to summarize
the most important things of the person like name, profession, company and
qualities. Other thing to have in mind when we introduce someone is to have
good gestures and modulation in how we say the things.
3. What information should be provided when introducing someone?
First step is to introduce the name of the person
Second step is introduce who is the person, the company or his/her profession
Finally introduce the values of the person
4. . Why is it important to use performance-related compliments in a
business conversation?
Humans are very competitive and being praised not only will high self-esteem
but also their sense of competence than they motivate not stop to be the best
and give all of them to stand forever.

The cups are placed upstream of the knives in order from left to right,water
glass, glass of white wine glass of red wine and glass of champagne. if you are
not serving a specific wine or champagne do not put in order. They can be
placed at a slight angle where the water glass is facing outward furthest from

Because by complaining and criticizing we cannot change anything with this we


do not help trade relationships because we do the opposite.

Politely interrupts the conversation saying Please Excuse me and then
make your announcement. Be sure it is a very important statement that can
t wait until the conversation reaches a break.

A business card is always delivered by grasping the upper left corner this in
order that it be delivered to the person who receives it can read it
immediately
10.Why is it important to find things in common with the people you meet in
a social situation?
By finding common things will make easier the adaptability to the social
media this mean that it would be quickly how people can interact and share
points of view and different reactions for many topics.
