2. IP Camera Connectors

2.1 Power input

Connection with power adapter: DC12V 1A
2.2 RJ45 LAN Port
10/100M adaptive RJ45 network cable interface which could be connected to all network devices, such
as switch, router, etc.
Indicator description:
Plug in power, green light on,
Plug in RJ45 cable, green light off, yellow light on and blinking

3. IP Address Search
NOTE: For IP search tool , which can be downloaded from goo.gl/CO70Wl or goo.gl/00vu3z
3.1. Install

to search the IP camera, as shown below:

3.4. Select one IP camera, click Web Browse

in web browser(Only support IE browser completely ).
3.5. Select one IP camera, click

, then you can preview the IP camera

, you can modify the IP camera information.

Factory default settings of IP camera:

IP address: 192.168.1.10
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
Http Port: 80
RTSP Port: 554
IP TYPE: Fixed IP Address and Dynamic IP address
Step1: Search IP address
Step2: Modify IP Address
NOTE: Make sure the IP Camera and the computer are in the same network segment in one LAN

4. Internet Explorer Browser Preview

Input IP address: 192.168.1.10 (default)
User name: admin; Password: No Password
Note: Please modify the password for security

4.1 Download ActiveX Controller

and install it
4.2 Re-login the IP camera in Internet Explorer
4.3 Allow Running ActiveX controller
NOTE: if the ActiveX controller download was not disabled, please open Internet Explorer--Settings-Internet Options--Security--Set ActiveX controls and plug-ins in Enable status.

5.1 Add IP camera

5.1.1 At right side, select
System--Device Manager--ADD AREA--name one Zone

5.1.2 Select one Zone--ADD DEVICE--IP Search--Select one IP Camera--Add Device--OK

5.1.3 At left Side, Select the IP Camera, and double click it, it will display
the image as shown below:

6. Mobile Preview
6.1 Mobile Preview APP Name: XMEYE
Support iPhone/Android Mobile
6.2 Download APP: XMEYE from Google Play or APP Store
6.2.1 Open and run app in your mobile
6.2.2 Register one account, and log in as your account.
Also you can try other way to login.

6.3 Add Device

6.3.1 Input the P2P UID (Generally it will be wrote on the sticker of the IP camera or packing box)
6.3.2 You can also scan the QR code to input the P2P UID or manually to input it
6.3.3 You can also Click Search to search device in local area network.

6.3.4 If you are using our brand WIFI IP Camera, you can add device , as WIFI Config way as shown
as below:

6.3.4.1 Select the WIFI network and input the password, and select all the Done options as shown

6.3.4.3 After heard voice tips connected router successfully,click the device

6.3.4.4 Input the Device Name, password, and click Add;

6.4 Select the Device, then it will be displayed in APP as shown below:

7.1 Log in by User

7.1.1 If you had one account registered in XMEYE app, you can login as the
same account; if not, you can register one new account as shown below:

7.1.2 After registered one account, log in as shown below:

7.1.3 Add Device

Input the serial Number, device name and password as shown below:
NOTE: no password as default.

7.1.4 If you had already added device under your account, then you just
click the device, you can see the image as shown below:

7.2 Log in by Device

Input Device Serial NO., User Name, and Password to login as shown

FAQ:
1. What kind operate system was supported?
ESCAM IP Camera just supports windows XP/windows 7
/windows8/windows10, not support MAC OS PC system, but support Mobile
APP of Android/iPhone/iPad
Mobile APP name: XMEYE
2. What kind Web browser supported?
Support Internet Explorer only.
3. What is the default user name and password?
Default User name: admin; No password.
4. How to solve the problem of cannot find the IP address by search tool?
Please ensure the IP camera and computer in the same network segment
or not, that is meaning, under one router.
5. How to solve the problem of IP camera could be searched, but can not
login in browser?
A. Check whether the IP camera and computer is in the same network
segment

For example:
If the computer IP address is 192.168.1.1, then the IP address of the IP
camera should be 192.168.1.*;
If the computer IP address is 192.168.0.1, then the IP address of the IP
camera should be 192.168.0.*
B. Check if the IP address conflict between the IP camera and computer
6. How to solve the problem of can not see picture in web browser?
Please kindly check if install the ActiveX controller or not;
If the internet explorer browser was blocked the plug-ins, please let it
enable ActiveX controller to download and install.
