SectionB:ActiveMembershipExecutiveCommitteewillratifyACTIVEmembership
monthlyduringplanningmeeting.

ARTICLEIII:OFFICERS
SectionA:OfficersTheofficersshallbeaPresidentandaVicePresident

SectionB:EligibilityOfficersmustbestudentsandACTIVEmembersoftheclub.

SectionC:ElectionTheofficersshallbeappointedbyformerofficersintheprevious
schoolyear.
SectionD:TermTheofficersshallserveforonetrimester,andtheirtermofofficeshall
beginatthecommencementoftheeachtrimester.Newofficerwillbeappointedatthe
endofthetrimester.
SectionE:VacancyIfavacancyoccursintheofficeofPresident,theVicePresidentshall
assumetheofficefortheremainderofthetermandvacanciesinanyotherofficeshallbe
filledbyaspecialelection.

Maintainanawarenessoftheactivitiesandprogramssponsoredbythestudent
club.

Meetonaregularbasiswiththeleaderofthestudentclubtodiscussupcoming
meetings,longrangeplans,goals,andproblemsoftheclub.

Attendregularmeetings,executiveboardmeetingsasoftenasscheduleallows.

Assistintheorientationofnewofficers.

Explainandclarifycampuspolicyandproceduresthatapplytotheclub.

Assisttheclubtreasurerinmonitoringexpenditures,fundraisingactivities,and
corporatesponsorshiptomaintainanaccurateanduptodateaccountledger.

Informclubmembersofthosefactorsthatconstituteunacceptablebehavioron
thepartoftheclubmembers,andthepossibleconsequenceofsaidbehaviors.

ARTICLEIX:AMENDMENTS

SectionA:Selectionthesebylawsmaybeamendedbyatwothirds(2/3)majorityvote
ofthechaptermembership.
SectionB:NoticeAllmembersshallreceiveadvancenoticeoftheproposedamendment
atleastfivedaysbeforethemeeting.[Thetimemaybeextendedtothefollowing
meeting.]
