A.

Academics
1. Grading System
Written Works (40%). These are
the quizzes, seatwork, home works,
chapter tests, and reflections.
Performance Tasks (40%). These
are group activities, recitation, etc.
*Every
written
work
and
performance task will be graded
following certain rubrics, and not in
a subjective manner.
Quarterly Assessment (20%).
These
are
the
periodic
examinations in every semester.
CHEATING is strictly prohibited.
Any form of cheating is not
allowed. Once caught automatic
zero.
2. Attendance Monitoring System
The SECRETARY OF THE CLASS
has the sole authority to handle/
check the attendance.
Attendance sheet will be provided
by the class secretary.
In every absence, the student must
present valid excuse reports.
Attached to it are the medical
certificate, and excuse letter with
parents signature and a photocopy
of signatorys ID.
NO VALID EXCUSE REPORT
NO SPECIAL WRITTEN WORKS AND
PERFORMANCE TASKS
3 lates = 1 absent
2 consecutive absences = 1 home
visitation
3 absences = parents conference
3. Late Work System
DEADLINE IS ALWAYS THE DEADLINE.
Late works can still be submitted
but with the following conditions:
1 day late = 10%
2 days late = 20%
3 days late= 30%
*The deductions will depend on the
acquired score of every written
work/ performance task.
Works that are more than 3 days
late are NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE.
B. Classroom Management
1. Seating Arrangement/ Seat Plan
Alphabetically arranged
Student caught not in his/ her
proper seat will be marked as
absent for that day.

Groupings should be observed


during hands-on activities/ PTs.
2. Classroom should be cleaned by the
assigned cleaners before the teacher
arrives (especially at the back of the
classroom).
3. Misbehaviors will be dealt with
accordingly:
1st offense
teacher student
conference
2nd offense
teacher student
guidance office conference
3rd offense
teacher student
guidance office parent conference
What are those acts considered as
misbehaviors?
a. Vulgarity/ KSP
b. Bullying/ Fist-fighting
c. Unnecessary actions that will
interrupt the class (e.g. doing
things that are not related to
the subject, personal grooming
while inside the class)
4. Use of electronic gadgets inside the
classroom
Using cellphones/ smartphones is
NOT ALLOWED during classes
unless otherwise instructed by the
teacher.
Cellphones can be used as
calculator ONLY IF you will use it
WITHOUT SIMCARDS.
5. Use of restroom
One at a time for boys and
maximum of two for the girls with a
time allotment of three (3) minutes
No leaving/ going to restroom once
the teacher leaves the room. (refer
to the attendance)
C. Other Factors
1. Use of Social Media
Lectures or assignments will be
uploaded on a Facebook Group
intended for the class. The president
will be one of the admins of the group.
2. Surrendering
of
CPs
during
examinations.
