Sandwiches both lunch or dinner have the following add-ons possible


Lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon ($3), cheddar cheese ($1.50), Swiss cheese
($1.50), aged gruyere ($2.00), arugula, pesto, Dijon mustard, mayo, garlic
aioli ($1.00)
Entrees have no substitutions, but any of those included ingredients can be
removed
Desserts have no mods, they come as is

Spirits can be poured as a double (1.75x the single price)


Spirits should have mods like neat, on the rocks, water, water on the side,
etc
Wednesdays are Whisky Wednesdays and single whisky pours are half off
all day (doubles are still full price)
Specialty cocktails are as is
Classic cocktails are made with the rail spirit (Martin Miller $6 for gin, Hanger
One $6 for vodka, Johnny Drum $6 for whiskey). Upcharges for premium
spirits is the difference in cost with the rail spirit (ie if they want to sub Bulleit
Rye for the Old Fashioned, it should cost $2 extra (8-6))
