ripe sweet mangoes, diced, hard frozen


watermelon, diced, hard frozen
ripe saba, diced, hard frozen
malunggay leaves, fresh
coconut grated, fresh

Process all the ingredients in an ice cream processor or


blender. Serve immediately.

SOY BUTTER SANDWICH


5 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
1 pc
1 loaf

soy powder
stevia
coconut grated
whole wheat bread

Blend all ingredients except whole wheat bread until


smooth. Spread in bread.

FRESH SAYOTE DELIGHT

1 tablespoon

sayote
pineaaple, ripe, fresh
tomatoes, medium ripe
onion
olives preserved
calamansi
Salt to taste

Grate fresh sayote and them mix with all ingredients.


Serve immediately.

TOFU MUSHROOM TERIYAKI


1 kilo
1 cup
1/4 kilo
4 tablespoon
1 pc
1 pc

Tofu
mushroom any kind
baguio beans
teriyaki sauce
onion
garlic

Saute garlic and onion in water. Then add mushroom,


cook for 3 minutes and add teriyaki sauce and water if
needed. Cook for 1 minute then add baguio beans and
cook for another 1 minute. Add tofu and mix gently.
Serve hot.

CAMOTE CORN GABI PLATE


1 kilo camote yellow, boiled with skin
1 kilo corn, boiled
1 kilo gabi, boiled without skin
Stevia to taste
Arrange camote, corn and gabi on a platter.

OREGANO SALAD DRESSING


and OREGANO TOAST

1/2 cup
4 tablespoons

1/4 kilo

calamansi
oregano, fresh
olive oil
nutritional yeast( healthy option store)
romaine letuce
tomatoes
cucumber
grapes
whole wheat bread

Blend calamansi, oregano, olive oil nutritional yeast until smooth.


SANDWHICH: Spread dressing thinly on bread. SALAD: Mix dressing gently with the vegetables.

VEGETARIAN FRIED CHICKEN


1 kilo langka, cubes
Bread crumbs
Salt
Coconut oil
2 pcs eggs
3 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoon cornstarch
Salt to taste
Dash of black pepper
Make a batter out of four, corn starch, eggs, then season with salt and pepper. Dip each cube in the batter then
roll in the bread crumbs before frying. Fry until golden brown. Serve hot with catsup or any chicken dip.

GRATIE BUKO JAPPLE

buko grated, fresh


nestle cream
cocosugar
whole wheat bread

Mix gently buko grated, cream and cocosugar. Spread


in whole wheat bread. Then toast or bake.

HUMMUS BREAD
2 loaves
2 cans
1 clove
4 pcs

whole wheat bread


garbanzos
garlic
calamansi
olive oil
Salt to taste

Blend all ingredients except whole wheat bread until it reach the texture of the a
spread. Spread in each sandwich.

TOFU TURMERIC ALA SCRAMBLED EGG


1 kilo tofu
4 tablespoon
1 pc

cup

(newly cooked), mashed


turmeric
onion, sliced
garlic, minced
green onion, sliced

Saute garlic and onion in water. Then add tofu and


turmeric. Stir once in a while. Cook for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle green onion before serving. Serve Hot.

BOILED OKRA with TOYO-CALAMANSI


20 pcs
3 tbsp.

3 pcs.

okra, whole
soy-sauce
onion, chopped
calamansi
Dash of black pepper

Boil okra then arrange on a platter. FOR DIP: Blend


soy-sauce, calamansi, onion and black pepper in a
small bowl. Put at the center of the boiled okra platter. Serve hot.

VEGETARIAN BAGOONG
1 kilo tomatoes
1 small can salted beans
1 medium garlic, peeled
Blend all ingredients. Then bring to a boil for 3
minutes.
(Note: keep the rest in the chiller for future use.)
