Greetings in the name of health and safety!
Under Rule 1033 of Philippine Occupational Safety and Health Standards (as amended) and
DO 16 series of 2001, to wit The minimum qualifications, duties and number of required
safety and health officers shall be as follows: 1) All safety officers must complete the Bureauprescribed training course prior to their appointment as in their respective places of
employment; 2) All full-time safety officers must meet the requirement of duly-accredited
Safety Practitioners or Safety Consultants by the Bureau; and 3) Not less than the following
number of supervisors or technical personnel shall take the required trainings and shall be
appointed as a safety officer on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on the number of
workers employed and the hazardous or non-hazardous nature of the workplace.

All the modules have been APPROVED by the Bureau of Working Conditions (BWC) of the
Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), to meet one of the many requirements
promulgated by the Labor Code of the Philippines.
It is also a course for focal
individuals who wish to be accredited as Safety Practitioners or Safety Consultants.
Because of its broad coverage, these courses are ideal for Engineers, Supervisors, Safety
Officers/Practitioners, members of the Health & Safety Committee, HR and Admin personnel,
and Internal OSH Auditors.
ALL courses are a 5-day seminar-workshop.
Registration Fee per training is PhP
10,080.00 (inclusive of 12% VAT) or PhP 9,000.00 (for PEZA and VAT-exempt
companies) per participant. A discount of 10% will be given for companies with three or

The registration fee is inclusive of the following:
Training manual and free safety posters
CD containing safety presentations in PowerPoint, OSH standards
2 snacks and lunch everyday for 5 days
Certificate of Completion (in accordance with BWC-DOLE Standards)
