1. Manfaat
Students are able to make, identify, analyze the sentences grammatically.

2. Deskripsi Perkuliahan

This course provides the students with a sound knowledge of essential English
grammar and ability to apply this knowledge in comprehension and production. Basic
English structure focuses on parts of speech, verb tenses, modal auxiliaries and similar
expression, nouns and pronouns, articles, the passive and sentence.
3. Organisasi Materi
Basic English structure focuses on parts of speech, verb tenses, modal auxiliaries
and similar expression, nouns and pronouns, articles, the passive and sentence.
4. Tujuan Pembelajaran
The learning objectives of this course are:
a. To provide a practical comprehension of English structure.
b. To provide students with various ways of analyzing and correcting the wrong grammar
points.

5. Strategi Pembelajaran
The teacher asks the students to answer the questions and do the exercises (personal)
The teacher divides the students into several groups consisting 4-5 people (group_
The teacher hands out each group some questions and exercises to identify and answer.
The teacher asks the groups to the answer and ask the reason.
If there is group has different answer, then the teacher leads to the right one.

7. Tugas
Assessment details and criteria
Assessment Task 1: Theoretical Fondation (Individual work, 25%)
Students are required to comprehend some theoretical fondation of grammar. There are
some basic theories related to the Basic English Structure should be recognized by
students.
The assessment based on the comprehension of some grammatical points.
Assessment Task 2: General Practices (Individual, 25%)
Students are required to take parts in ongoing practices with many kind of general
sourse choosen. The assessment will be based on students participation in the
classroom discussion.
Assessment Task 3: Spesific Practices (Individual, 50%)
Students are required to solve some grammatical points related to the text which taken
from some sources. The assessment will be based on students skill of analyzing the
text.
