Room reservations should be made directly with the hotel

on a space-available basis. To ensure accuracy of rates,
please refer to PA Society of Gastroenterology Annual
Scientific Meeting when calling. The conference room
rate is $219 plus taxes. The resort fee is waived.

Dr. Clearfield has lectured widely on
various gastrointestinal topics and has
published numerous clinical papers,
textbook chapters and abstracts. He has
a special interest in inflammatory bowel
disease. He has coedited or coauthored
three text books. Dr. Clearfield is the
Past President of the PA Society of
Gastroenterology, Philadelphia County
Medical Society, and the Bockus International Society of
Gastroenterology. He also served on the Board of the ACP
and ACG.

and pediatric fellows in Pennsylvania Gastroenterology
and Hepatology programs, as well as residents in Internal

Any research topic or interesting clinical vignette related
to Gastroenterology, Hepatology or Nutrition may be
submitted. In the event that we receive an excessive
number of abstracts, priority will be given to research
abstracts over clinical vignettes. Abstract submissions
are due by August 1, 2016.
