School is now in their own website but they got to effectively utilize this technology to bring real
benefits to their audience: students, parents, teachers, and school officials. The world wide web is one of the most
effective communication technologies today. A school website can expand opportunities for parents to
communicate with the school and become more informed about the education their children are getting. Teachers
can use the school website to share ideas with other teacher and make them available even to everyone.
A school websites can also allow parents to voice out there concerns to school officials. Some parents
avoid communicating with their concerns will not be heard while others are simply burned out by their work.
When the need arises, many parents and teachers find themselves unable to contact each other. School websites
can greatly eliminate barriers in involving parents in the school.

Nueva Vizcaya State University, Laboratory High School, Bayombong Campus, Bayombong,
Nuewva Vizcaya , has 380 students and 18 faculties. They are liken to other schools who normally release the
students grade list and report cards in delayed time because they compute it using Microsoft excel electronic
spreadsheet and then manually compute the students grades list to double check.
2.1.3 According to Torall (2000)
Think with all the tough times were facing, having website now is very important among small and
medium enterprises and use it as medium to sell product and desseminate corporate information. Having a website

The World Wide Web is the Gunterberg press of our time. Just above anyone can create their own
web. Web site and then present it to the internet public. Some we page belongs to business with service to sell,
other to individuals with information to share.

2.2.2 According to Randall(1996)

English professor at the University of Waterloo Canada, heist the author of several books about the
internet, Thousands upon thousands of companies, organization, and individuals are looking to the web as an
important means disseminating information.. If youre not part of int, youre already some what behind, jumpin onto
the web is like jumping onto the biggest stage ever designed. When you put your page in the web, youre inviting
the world become take a look, most internet user wont bother, either because they re not interested or, more likely,
because they never get to know your contribution (its a huge stage).
Realizing that the average person, when they begin to look into CCTV , has little way of knowing where to find
expert advice at reasonable cost, we have set up website to bring together some of the top people and organizations
working in this field. The companies and the individual found on this web site are those who do not just talk about
excellence , but both believe in it, and make sure that it runs through very fibred of there organization and dealing

Computerized Grading System (CGS) System Analysis and DesignProject

People nowadays are living in an information age dependent upon digital information. Digital information is
electronic information, the result of computer processing. Every type of job relies upon getting information, using
it, managing it, and relaying information to others. Computers enable the efficient processing and storage of
information. A grading system plays a key role in the management system of any school. But, such systems do not
often relate expectations, outcomes, and performance. As each student desires to achieve a good score for each
assignment, exam, project and/or report, the whole process adds heavy workload for teachers in order to make
their evaluation fair, comprehensive, and accurate. From the faculty perspective, these are necessary to avoid
disagreement from students and parents. A computerized grading system is a highly desirable addition to the
educational tool-kit, particularly when it can provide less effort and a more effective and timely outcome. Grading
systems are designed to provide incentives for achievement and assist in identifying problem areas of a student. It
is the most commonly used means of analyzing student performance, talents and
skills. Students grades are vital information needed in advancing to the next
grade/year level and its accuracy is very important. Many teachers feel that the time they take in recording and
computing for the grades of their students is time that could be better spent elsewhere, like preparing lessons ,
researching or meeting with their students. With the advent of computer technology, more and more schools are

taking advantage of a variety of grading systems available both off-line and online that can help save time on
administrative tasks and give teachers more time to attend to other important functions. However, a greater
majority, especially small schools, government schools, and schools in remote areas, still utilize the manual
method of recording and computing for the grades of the students. The proponents of this study wish to reduce the
workload of teachers by eliminating the need for manual computation and recording of each grade. The common
problems .Encountered in manual recording and computations are error- and file-handling, and redundancy. As the
workload gradually increases with growing amounts of grades and student lists that need to be attended, it
becomes tedious on the part of the teacher to proficiently manage them in time for documentation and file
submission to higher education authorities. As such ,this paper aims to produce a workable computerized grading
system that will address these issues. 1.1 Background of the Study Ministry Catholic School is a small private
school in Santa Ana, Manila. It was established four years ago and is utilizing the manual system in almost all
phases of their schoolwork. The school maintains a small staff of teachers and personnel as compared to its
growing population. There are teachers handling as much as four different subjects, aside from being a class
adviser and area coordinator . Majority of the teachers handle three different grade levels. Ministry Catholic School
uses the manual way of computing grades and adding information or records of both students and professors. The
process entails a lot of effort and by computing and storing of data manually the process is prone to error especially
for the professors who handle two or more classes. By using the manual way of computing and storing data, being
prone to error is possible and just by a single mistake, repeating the process may be required Developing a
computerized grading system for Ministry Catholic School would make the task of recording and computing
grades easier for the teachers .This will not only benefit the teachers of the school but will also benefit the students
because of the improvement in the accuracy of calculations and in the proficiency and productivity of the teachers.

Grading systems in the Netherlands

As the technology arises, its become necessary to propose a system

that can meet the changing requirements like grading scheme generator with class record management. It includes
computerize and customizing class record. Computes the grade of the students and generates the high and low
performers
in theclass. Presently, the traditional and
old way of computing
grade As new security threats evolve regularly, it become necessary to propose asystem that can
meet the changing requirements like radio frequency identification with SMS technology system. It includes

easy updates, monitoring of default users and also scalability to integrate new users Presently, monitoring of the
person entering and leaving the university becomes a major concern to its administration since its own population
becomes larger and there are more people inquiring for admission and other interest. The purpose of this study is
to examine the use of Grading Scheme Generator with Class record management to see if the benefits associated
with their use out weigh concerns in managing the class record. For these purposes proponents will use three
categories: (1) comfort, which is the duration of calculation and the ease of use. (2) Accuracy that minimal error
rates such as clarity, consistency, measurability, and (3) Availability which is the portion of a potential user group
who can use radio frequency identification for technical recognition purposes .Radio frequency identification is
technological tools increase security, increase integrity of social programs such as, welfare, and eases the burden on
individual lwho carry multiple forms of identification. If this is implemented, the universities will achieve greater
speed and accuracy with regards to grades of the students
