FOURCHES MANITOU

Il existe diffrents types de fourches selon le tonnage du chariot lvateur et le type de produit manutentionn.
MANITOU concentre majoritairement sa gamme sur 3 catgories de fourches :
- Les fourches normalises (FEM) pour chariots industriels et tlescopiques,
- Les fourches spciales pour chariots industriels,
- Les fourches oeil pour chariots industriels et tlescopiques.

Fourches Normalises
et Spciales

I - LES FOURCHES NORMALISEES

Elles rpondent la norme d'accrochage FEM - ISO 2328. Ces fourches sont dfinies par :
- Une classe d'accrochage (1, 2, 3, 4 ou 5)
Cette classe dtermine la charge maximum que le chariot peut supporter.
Les 5 classes sont dtermines par la distance (h2) entre les 2 accroches.
Chaque classe correspond un type de tablier.

Norme FEM : tenon

avec un angle de 20

- Un type de fourche (A ou B)
Les fourches de type A et type B se distinguent par la distance (h1) entre l'accroche haute et le
talon de la fourche.
La classe d'accrochage A ou B dfinit donc la hauteur du tablier par rapport au sol (fourches en
position basse).

Un tableau normatif rcapitule les caractristiques des fourches selon la classe d'accrochage
(1, 2, 3, 4 ou 5) et le type de fourches (A ou B).

II - LES FOURCHES SPECIALES

MANITOU vous propose :
- Fourches normalises - spciales
Hybrides entre "normalises" et "spcifiques", l'attache de fourches et la distance (h2)
correspond la norme FEM, avec un tenon ayant un angle de 20.
Par contre, la distance (h1) varie, pour s'adapter des besoins spcifiques.
- Fourches spciales particulires MANITOU

III - LES FOURCHES A OEIL
Positionnement de l'oeil
utilis par MANITOU

Les fourches oeil MANITOU ont t conues pour les chariots tlescopiques avec tablier
fourches flottantes.
Les fourches oeil sont mobiles sur la largeur du tablier.

Cas A : Epaisseur de la
fourche = 100 %

Contrleur d'usure
(Ref 489 628)

Cas B : Epaisseur de la
fourche = 90 %

Les 2 fourches doivent tre changes

FOCUS ENTRETIEN : L'usure des fourches

Kit dtecteurs de
fissures (Ref 781 575)

Rappel : tolrance maximale d'usure : 10% par rapport la cote d'origine.

Outil simple d'utilisation, le Caliper, ou Contrleur d'usure (Ref. 489 628) mesure l'usure de la fourche.
L'paisseur d'origine de la fourche se mesure sur le bras de fourche (en A), puis l'cartement du Caliper est port sur le talon (en B) de la fourche, o
l'usure est la plus prononce.
Si l'paisseur du talon prsente une usure de plus de 10% par rapport l'paisseur d'origine, les 2 bras de fourches doivent tre changs.
Fortement sollicites, les fourches peuvent subir des fissures invisibles l'oeil nu, causes de rupture. Procder rgulirement leur vrification grce au
