For over a decade, our goal has been to provide our customers with competitive pricing, low project cost and impeccable service, with outstanding results. At AdvanSES, we are committed to helping you successfully meet all of your goals. Our low set up costs and reduced time-to-test will satisfy your most demanding and complex test objectives. No other testing lab can offer the host of services that we can provide to you in one location, with a 24/7 schedule. Finite Element Analysis Services ll Our portfolio in FEA consultancy projects includes a variety of industries including biomedical, automotive, and aerospace especially involving polymeric and composite materials. The finite element analysis serves to model the mechanical behavior of products, such as contact forces and deformation. It is possible to calculate high stress areas and suggest improvements to the parts to optimize their behavior and resistance. In collaboration with the customer, we offer the necessary expertise to maximize the performance of the product according to its application. Area of Expertise Structural Stress Analysis ® Geometric Nonlinear (Large deflection, large strain, etc.) ® Material Nonlinear (creep, plasticity, viscoelasticity, hyperelasticity, etc.) ® Contact Nonlinear FEA Dynamic Analysis ® Transient Impact Analysis Modal Analysis Random Vibration Analysis Harmonic Analysis Steady State Dynamics Ss Material and Product Testing ll ‘© UTM-400 (40-tonnes) with .2% stress strain Ss diagram © UTM-30 (3-tonnes) with stress and strain control Charpy Impact as per E-23 ASTM Standard Hardness: Vickers ¢ Rockwell (A,B,C) Brinnel Hardness Portable Hardness Tester Material Characterization Testing ll The characterization of materials for FEA and CFD consists in analyzing the mechanical deformation properties of materials through different laboratory tests. At AdvanSES, we have developed an extensive expertise in characterization of elastomers. The green rubber is molded into specimens to carry out the different material characterization tests. The test data is then analyzed and fed into the FEA software to generate the different material constants. We carry out the following tests to determine the elastomer material properties: = Pure shear Uniaxial tension test with the parallel or tangential method on a specimen. = Volumetric compression ‘Study of a material in hydrostatic compression deformation mode » Uniaxial compression Evaluation of the response of a material under compression stress on a single axis ® Uniaxial tension Tensile stress test on a specimen ® Creep and stress relaxation Uniaxial tensile test followed by the maintenance of the elongation on the specimen for a specified duration to evaluate material response Design Development and Engineering Services lI In an increasingly competitive environment, companies are challenged to introduce innovative products to market faster and at competitive price. The complexity involved in the design function has increased dramatically because of the multi-disciplinary nature of products. Take your product to complete next level with AdvanSES's Product Design and Engineering Solutions. We help you take your products to the market faster, ensuring the design complies with relevant compliance standards. Superior technology, responsive versatility, and quality performance ensures reliable and fast turnaround on all simulation, development and testing projects.
