The second property developer that we choose is MK Land. MK Land Holding Berhad, made
their debut on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE), now known as
Bursa Malaysia on 27th August 1999. As a result to this, its a reverse takeover of a Second
Board manufacturing company.
With the instillation of nine privately owned property companies by the founder, MK Land
become one of the largest capitalised property companies with a paid up capital of about
RM1.2 billion.
