thing they need to learn is say what you mean and STAND BEHIND IT!
Don't get on tv or the radio with these scumbags, say something and then
turn around and "APOLOGIZE" for it! That's exactly what they (Leftist

It's the Chicago Way. Let's first look at all the possible suspects in the
White House from Chicago............ OMG!!!
What did Obama know about the job offer to Sestak and when did he know
it? This COULD be the story of a lifetime for some intrepid editor and
reporters. Needless to say, at least SOME of Obama's boot licking toadies
in the MSM would give their right arm if they could pin a federal crime on a
president.....ANY president. You better believe that there are more than a
few folks crapping their pants right now in the White House. My advice to
the low level creeps around Obama that have information on this serious
federal crime is to step forward now and make a deal. Some folks are going
to wind up under the bus on this one. Dont let it be you!

The White House press briefings are fraternity meetings with lots of giggles.
Gibbs fends off questions, there are no tough follow ups and all the
'reporters' do is titter at Gibss is flaccid comments. The press briefings are
JOKES.
And somehow this will not get investigated by the mainstream media.... oh,
big surprise!!!
Roger that demonstrates his ignorance thusly: "So what, they offered him a
position!! big friggin deal. there is nothing illegal about offering someone who
is well qualified a position in the administration. he didn't accept; he
preferred to run for senator. Now back to investigating the bush
administration..." If you were as smart as you THINK you are, dip****, you
would know that offering a job to someone for the purposes of removing
them from an election is a FEDERAL FELONY, in violation of US Codes.
Go back to school until you know what the hell you're talking about.
Sestak didn't commit a crime. The person who offered him the job did. The

Now mind you, I am not a "constitutional scholar" like our President. But
aren't quid pro quo government deals like this sort of...well, illegal?
It's worth noting that Sestak is not at fault for being offered a job, and in
fact, he should be commended for spurning the offer. The person who
offered the job should be investigated. Although I am not a Sestak supporter
(I don't have enough knowledge of the race to make an informed decision

Don't get sucked into this conservatives. The campaign rally should be we
will investigate this offense when elected. Don't let Suspect (Sestak) run as
'I am against the politics of DC' which is what his plan is. He will run as a
center right candidate, and then vote will the rest of the democrat cronies.
He is guilty for not reporting this to the AG immediately, as it is a clear
violation of the law. He is just as guilty as anyone from the WH who made
the offer. We are coming to take our government back. Tea Party 2010
Maybe someone will ask Ø at his next weekly press conference. Yeah.
That's it. That's when we'll get to the bottom it. The press won't let this die.
Uh huh. Welcome to Fantsy Island.
What the heck do you mean, a POTENTIAL crime? It's a damned crime, so
stop covering for your man.
Of course this will not be investigated.. and although Sestak says he's
telling the truth .. if say the FBI asked him questions, his memory would

So, let's ee who barry throws under the bus for this!
Let me get this straight, he's so honest he wont' go the extra mile to just
say straight out who offered him the job and what position was offered?
Sestak is a politician, just like the other weasels that stench up
Washington. Enough with the half-hearted attempt, you either stand up for
corruption or you don't. There is no time for mis-spoke moments here.
no one cares anymore ,thats why obama ,rahm, reid ,pelosi and friends are
not afraid to do anything they want to get what they need. It's the chicago

Nothing about this incident will come out. They are Democrats, and that is
all. Elitists, above the law etc.
Sestak sounds like a joke. Well done, Pennsylvania... you threw away 30
years of seniority for this clown.
Our laws only counted against Reps. and non-liberals. Why is this a shock
to us. If one of our guys does wrong, he resigns PDQ, or is hounded out by
the news media. But if laws are violated on the left, they are ignored or
downplayed. We must get more of our elected and presumed leaders to get
more involved in speaking out about this BS.
I'm sure AG Holder will look into this...we know he is not busy reading.
If Sestak wins his election he'll be assured of Bringing The BACON home.
Certainly the incident will never be investigated by the "Honest and Open

It's only a crime when the Republicans do it. I've had it with the Dem

Did anyone see Robert Gibbs on face the nation. He squirmed, dodged and

We need to keep in mind that the MSM sees itself - and has for at least a
decade - as part of the progressive power structure. I've heard Glenn Beck
say they (msm) are afraid to comment honestly, but I don't belive that at all.
They expect to be part of what's left when the bottom falls out. They'll then
be our "official" information source. But, this regime will also cut them off at
the knees.
Sad, sad right-wingnuts! I honestly have a hard time believing most of these
comments aren't from liberal Dems impersonating right-wing loonies.
If the WH offered him a job and he turned it down, Nothing illegal happened.
He didn't take the offer. END OF DISCUSSION! There was no quid pro

Joey Sez' disclosure of a potential buy-off job offer in February to take a dive
before the PA primary race against Old Man Arlen comes back to haunt
Sez. Now that Sez offed Arlen, he has to develop as much functional
amnesia as possible, meaning nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say no more --
mainly to protect himself, and take the little stones out of everyone's shooz.
So the Casa Blanca mobettes and Joey Sez both zip lips to go along with
each other, to get along -- till November. Good job by Steele on this. Let the
other side strike first and weakly after the primaries, such as with the
attempt to tar Rand Paul with theoretical Ray C. Ism. Then smack them
upside the head with a real-life trump card/baseball bat. You can review
what Rand Paul said in its entirety. But we won't get the full story on
Sestak -- either from the Casa Blanca or Sestak. The common Obama
thread: Hamid Karzai and Afghanistan. Felipe Calderon, Arizona, and illegal
immigration. Joey Sez. See no illegal, speak no illegal (publicly or near a
tape recorder), hear no illegal.

Can you imagine the outcry from the left if this had happened with Bush.
They would have been demanding an investigation and possible
impeachment hearings. But because it's another Democrat, nothing from
the State run media. Even Gregory seemed unfazed by the comments.
There should be an investigation of who authorized the appointment and
then follow up on it for possible criminal charges. You know darn well this
has White House written all over it.
Again, another scum scandal and another Democrap hiding to reveal the
TRUTH ....for a change....he should be brought to a Senate Committe and
MAKE him tell what job it was....expose this whole Obamai Administration
and maybe we can kick out or impeach these Democrap LIARS!
The Obama WH is the most corrupt in history. This was a criminal act. The
Liar_in_Chimp needs to be impeached, then incarcerated.
Bribery = Felony. But, according to the Dems & their lap dog press, that's
only true if you're a Repub.
First of all President Obama has ATTORNEYS that are around him and his
administration at all times. They would have told him or anyone offering a job
to sestak that this is a FELONY that they should not do this. I think they all
have common sense to know that this would be problem so why would they
do something potential illegal or a felony to offer sestak a job? Again, Issa
and his goons who continue to pound this into the ground will get their
clocks cleaned in Pennslyvania and the rest of the country who don't care
about this. If Sestak would have taken the job and it came out later on that

Mr. Sestak: If you don't come clean, your whole campaign will stink to high
heaven. As a Pennsylvania voter, I feel you need to know that despite your
quote that your are Obama Progressive, you should remember the fact that
his administration tried to do something illegal, in addition to using an aged
Senator whom they knew would sell out the PA voters...much like one
would use a hooker..once they got his votes, they left him to hang out there
like so much flotsam. You need to understand that we PA voters are sick of
slime and if you don't want to be cast in that light, you need to be open. I
know you just lost your Father, and I have to ask...would he approve of your
hiding this trashy episode? As a PA voter and as a Catholic, if I were a
betting person, I would bet you the answer to that would be a resounding
NO.
Sestak also confirmed to Bob Schieffer today on Face The Nation that he
was offered a job from the White House to quit the race. From the New York
Times- " Mr. Sestak has maintained that the White House, which backed
Mr. Specter, offered him a job in exchange for dropping out of the race. "
"Mr. Schieffer then asked Mr. Sestak, a subsequent guest on the program,
whether the White House had offered him a job to get out. Mr. Sestak said
that when he was asked that question several months ago, “I said yes.”
Gibbs had confirmed earlier on the same show that the White House met
with Sestak , but, refused to answer any questions about the meeting. Just
his usual Gibberish. Somebody clearly committed a felony at the White
House ,they'll probably blame Desiree Rogers... .
I'm not siding with the republicans or the democrats but if this is true it is

Mr. Sestak, you are wrong!! You are running to be a United States Senator!
A position that once upon a time was held by honest, ethical people. Even
in your role as a Congressman, however, if you have knowledge of the
commission of a crime; and, know who committed that crime; you have the
ethical and legal responsibility to report the crime and name the perpetrator.
It is not their responsibilty to cover your a__!!! What Job were you offered;

If Congress didn't impeach Bush & Cheney for all the illegal crap they did,
then they sure won't impeach Obama & his gang of criminals.
What does the WH have over the main stream press? Where are the real

AZCATSRWINGS which lies are you referring to? Either Sestak(LIB DEM)
of the WH(Obama) is lying about the offer. Was Obama lying in his
autobiography when he wrote that he was a Crackhead back in Chicago or
did the Conservative Media slip that in? FOOL!
The LEFT IS in control of the "MASS MEDIA"! How could people that CALL
for a COMMUNIST VICTORY as in NAIM' be called ANTI-WAR?? And
people involved in "tea parties" called MOBS?? Or if you disagree strongly
with someone that is a "COMMUNIST" you are called a "RACIST"?? Those
that argue otherwise know but LIE,LIE,and LIE??? Thus they "willingly"
decieve themselves! SAD! To their ultimate "destruction"! (If freedom means
anything to them!) I am still glad to have done my part for ALL LOVERS OF
FREEDOM!! And would do it again!! Do not TREAD on the USA!
Dope, Strange, and lots of criminality... Obviously, it's Bush's fault, racism,

Why are you people asking the media, which you don't trust, to investigate
this. Regardless of what they'd find you'd disagree.
Someone please explain why this guy won't tell what job was offered and
who offered it? I don't get why he's hedging. Seems to me it would be to his
credit that he didn't take the job and that he reported a crime. I, for one,
would vote for a guy like that, but I WOULD NOT vote for a guy who tells
only half the truth. Not willing to back up what he's saying makes me think
he has something to hide. He should never have mentioned it in the first
place, if he had no intention to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
Something is fishy here.
Well, give Gregory some credit for pressing the matter until he maybe,
sorta, kinda got an answer. And, yes, Sestak, that is for others to "talk
about". Like the Justice Dept?

Remember the war in Nicaragua?? the then president Reagan supported the
"FREEDOM FIGHTERS"! The MASS MEDIA called those fighting the
"communists" Contra's! They ONLY refered to them as OUR PRESIDENT
DID,(FREEDOM FIGHTERS!) By saying president Reagan "CALLS THEM
FREEDOM FIGHTERS"! They then continue to call them "contras"!
However when it came to the COMMUNISTS calling THEIR WARS, WARS
of LIBERATION??The MASS MEDIA also called them WARS of
LIBERATION! ONE is CHALLENGED as to ACCURACY the OTHER??
Why do you suppose we have a PATTERN here? These were or are
CONSERVATIVE ideas? For you all that PERVERT EVERYTHING maybe

It will be investigated just long enough to figure out how to sweep, sweep,
sweep it under the oval office rug.
Fox News and Drudge need to keep covering this until something is

Ah yes......Crime Inc.
Here's what I found are impeachable offenses. My research found that two-
thirds of the senate are needed to impeach a president. That's why no one
is interested in doing anything about this: Not enough senate votes to make
it stick. It would be a waste of time. Impeachable Offenses Article II,
Section 4 of the Constitution says, "The President, Vice President and all
civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on
Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes
and Misdemeanors." Are any of those acts "Treason, Bribery, or other High
Crimes and Misdemeanors?" Constitutional lawyers say, "High Crimes and
Misdemeanors" are (1) real criminality -- breaking a law; (2) abuses of
power; (3) "violation of public trust" as defined by Alexander Hamilton in the
Federalist Papers. I In the past, Congress has issued Articles of
Impeachment for acts in three general categories: Exceeding the
constitutional bounds of the powers of the office. Behavior grossly
incompatible with the proper function and purpose of the office. Employing
the power of the office for an improper purpose or for personal gain.
Sestak is trying to make himself look like the honest outsider. But he is the

MoveOn-endorsed and one of the most liberal-progressives in congress. If

Another bribe just like the 300 or 400 bribes used to get health care

screw the people wishes.
Bif Freakin deal he was offered a position???? You jerk he was offered a
position to step out of the race so the sleaze ball Specter could keep his
obama ass-kissing job!!!!!!!!!!
I don't believe him. He puts out a sound bite but won't elaborate. Another
B.S'er.
Sestak already said he was offered the job of Sec. Nav. So who appoints
the Secretary of the Navy??? The President. Any other administration
lackey who delivered the offer had to be representing the office of the
President and that is where the responsibility lies.
Now, now, now people, we were told that this was going to be the most
transparent administration in the history of the United States....I'm sure that
the administration is going to be very forthcoming, as they always are, and
explain this to the American people at O'liars next press conference.....wait
a minute, he don't do that anymore.....
It's fine for Mr. Sestak to decide to let the matter drop but he has created a
problem for himself by talking about the federal job offer so publicly. He can
and should be charged with "failure to report a felony." A U.S. Attorney is
charging public officials with this very crime in northeastern PA as part of a
public corruption investigation. This seems like another example of that type
of public corruption. Let's get the formal admiral out of the television studio
and before a grand jury. Perhaps he will soon be wearing a government
issued uniform of a different sort.
At least Mr. Sestak was honest enough to confirm it--- The ball is in now in
the WH court. Let's watch Robert "I don't know" Gibbs weasel out of any
questions concerning this matter!!!

play as well at the polls in November. If there is elections in November.
This is something a little more serious than mere bribery. This is not merely
bribery. It's a crime that's specifically against 18 U.S.C. § 211 : US Code -
Section 211: Acceptance or solicitation to obtain appointive public office.
http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/uscode/18/I/11/211 Whoever solicits or receives,

thing of value, in consideration of the promise of support or use of influence
in obtaining for any person any appointive office or place under the United

or both. Whoever solicits or receives any thing of value in consideration of
aiding a person to obtain employment under the United States either by
referring his name to an executive department or agency of the United
States or by requiring the payment of a fee because such person has
secured such employment shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned not

rendered by an employment agency pursuant to the written request of an

nowhere. Also, Sestak is highly qualified for a number of high ranking
government positions. How would they ever prove he was offered a position

in the White House based on the word of one person against another.
No! No, I don’t want the media to investigate this, I want them to yell all day

You know, the really sad thing is that Obama and his Democrat allies will
probably get away with this potential scandal scott-free. From what I've
seen of him, he's pretty good at covering up his misdeeds or making his
actions justified no matter how bad they are. However, he has gone a step
further. That is, about a month or two ago, he told his voters to stop
watching the news all the time. He said to them they should go do
something else while trusting him to run the country. A few weeks ago,
there have been reports that Obama and President Gibbs have been giving
fewer press conferences (I think) to the reporters. Recently, He has been
going around colleges to address the graduation commencements by
saying that the students should not believe the negative things in the news.
Well, he said that the students should watch out for stories that sound
gloomy or distrustful. Of course, Obama is saying that the students
shouldn't believe the crimes or mistakes he has been doing or committing.
The bribing of the politicians to support his health care bill. Appointing
people with checkered or scandelous past lives. And so forth. What's worse
is that former President Clinton is getting into it. Have read about portions of
his Yale commencement speech? It's sort of like Obama's message of
telling our students to be wary of the things that are printed on paper or
broadcast over the waves. For some reason, why do I get the feeling Clinton
is helping Obama out? I hope these students don't become brainwashed by
Obama and Clinton. If our young students' minds get messed up on
account of Obama and Democrats, I hope those politicians pay for their

If this were Bush, he'd be claiming executive privilege and national security,
and any Democrat calling for investigation would be screamed at as
unpatriotic. Sestak served in the White House before under Clinton. There
aren't many firmly Democratic politicians who were top military
commanders. So offering him a job isn't a stretch. Sorry wingnuts, you're
gonna have to prove this somehow.
Well, Sestak simply did not like the job that he was offered, and decided
instead to run for Senate - or continue to run for Senate is the most likely
explanation. Any and all of this could be a lie. The obomunist may have
wanted Specter (I prefer Spectre) to THINK that they were supporting him,
hence the "apparent" but truly non-existent job offer to make Spectre think
that they were being truthful and that Sestak was "going rogue". Or some
other permutation / combination of lies. But it is all Democrat politics, so
one can be assured that the lying involved was legion. In November -- when
the Ballot Report Card is published, be sure to be on the Honor Roll. And
remember, that you can't be on the Honor Roll if you have any "D's".

has no brains. More than likely has not degrees either. But noone wants to
question that. The media talked about Bush being stupid and the grades he
got at Yale. But they don't want to ask what this fool president got at
"harvard"? if he even attended.

I'm all for impeaching Obama if this was actually against the law, but can
people stop using these inane name combinations like "Nobama," "Obaw-
Mao" and "Obamacare?" I think someone on here actually typed
"Dumbocrats"? That's not even clever or catchy. I get it. You listen to
Michael Savage. And the drinking the Kool Aid metaphor is way tired.

Hold ur horses there all u repub cowboys (and cowgirls), and think for a
moment - Get rid of Obama - Then u get Obiden. From Marxist to craziest.
Oh I forgot, by the time this all happens, the Republicans will be in charge -
Obiden will have NO power - and be just where we need him to be - sleeping
it off in some corner somewhere!!!!!!
I don't know what exactly happened behind the scenes other than that
Sestak was offered a job in the White House. I agree that it should be
investigated, but let's agree that the candidate was honest about this
happening and that's what we want out of our elected officials.

Rep Sestak does his service in uniform dishonor with the position he is
taking - "Anybody else has to decide on what they will say upon their
role."?? So when Rep Sestak was Admiral Sestak and he learned of
possible violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, did he wait on the
violating party to "say something" before he took any action? Rep Sestak
needs to publically come clean about this incident or stop refering to his
time in uniform as he does his fellow servicemembers a disservice with the
way he is handling this situation.

Can you even imagine if that had been Bush offering a job to a
congressman to get him out of a race. It would have been headline news on
NBC, CBS, ABC and CNN. We would hear nothing else...only that. It's no
wonder there is so much disgust for our liberal American media.

The only way out for Sestak now is to say he was lying or mistaken. Watch
it's coming. We are in the definition of "is" territory.

Interesting that I can stand in line at a polling place and offer someone $20
to vote one way or another and go to jail. A politician, on the other hand,
can offer to send the same guy's kids to college for free and get away with
it. If someone offered him a job to drop out of the race, then it should be
investigated. Pretty simple concept when you look at it.
Why should anyone insist that a Former Naval Flag Officer be held to the
same standards as a proven, documented liar like Mister Obama? When
you disregard the laws, and the constitution on a daily basis...why should
anyone all of a sudden become Honest when Lying is the Standard? We all
know...in general. All politicians lie. That is the only way they can fool the
people, and remain in office. Come on America....Think about it! Or...are
you just like them?

It seems that Vice Admiral Sestak has forgotten a few things since his
days at the Naval Academy. Otherwise, he would not take this hands off
approach. The honor concept that all of the service acadamies teach is very
inconsistent with his actions here. There is a link below to the current
version from the Naval Academy (the words have changed periodically, but
the core concepts remain the same). The key concept applicable to this
situation is this - "They tell the truth and ensure that the full truth is known."
Vice Admiral Sestak has an obligation to ensure that the full truth is known,
not to leave this floating for the media to find a way to ignore. Here's the link
to the Naval Academy's honor concept:

"Cold comfort for change, did you exchange a walk on part in the war, for a
lead role in a cage" Sounds just as true now.... How is your cage looking.
So the guys claims someone brokoe the law but then decides it's not for
him to say any more? Say what? If he is running for the Senate shouldn't it
be his duty to give the entire story? How can he become a US Senator
while allowing corruption in the US government to go unspecified and
unpunished? Is he saying that if elected, should he witness more corruption
he will again say he sees it but it's not up to him to say any more? Let's
hope the good people of Pennsylvania have the sense to elect someone
willing to help us get all of the corruption out of our government.

Obama should be investigated, this isn't the only bribe that's been offered,
and no way he didn't approve of it. Sestak should be forced to testify before
Congress to divulge this breaking of the law!
Let us not act like this is anything new and as if this did not go on under W
or Clinton. Mind you my above statement does not justify Obama's actions
nor does it mean I support it (I actually don't) but this is nothing new as far
DC goes. It's just business as usual.

Careful where you step everyone - The right-wing lunatic idiots are all over
this blog.
....it's actually, a few Title 18 felonies. ...anyone making such an offer, did
so 'as directed'. RICO and the Anti-Rackiteering statutes apply, ...and were
written for just such, a 'Crime Spree'
It's only a crime when committed by a Republican - c'mon people and get
with it.
you bushwackers are crazy as hell!! Where were your complaints under
Bush.....you Republicans are Repugnant Aholes!!!
