(Axiata Young CEO Development Programme)

Axiata Young CEO Development Programme is a new development platform under AYTP to design, mould
and advance Malaysian youths aged 20-25 to become the CEOs of tomorrow. The 3-year programme
incorporates Ax-Factor competencies in the form of four residential boot camps per year with an aim to
equip them with both personal and leadership skills needed to become world-class corporate leaders. A
longer learning intervention is necessary in cultivating the next generation of CEOs.
Axiata Young CEO Development Programme will offer potential CEOs more in-depth exposures to the
business world.
