Introduction:
Love is an emotion of strong affection and personal attachment. In
philosophical
context, love is a virtue representing all of human kindness,
compassion, and
affection. Love is central to many religions, as in the Christian phrase,
"God is
love" or Agape in the Canonical gospels. Love may also be described
as actions
towards others (or oneself) based on compassion. Or as actions
towards others
based on affection.
Present these situations to the students:
Situation A: Do you love? How can you say that you have loved?
Situation B: Did you feel being loved? To whom did you feel that you
are loved?
Situation C: Who do you think can give you eternal love?
Elicit answers from the students.
We may not be satisfied by the love of man, but the Fathers love is
more than
enough for us to feel that we are not alone. The proof is we are still
hoping,
laughing and smiling in spite of our trials and pains.
Discussion of the topic
What is love? Love is forgetting ones self to make others happy.
Taking away
your own will to follow the Fathers will just like our model,
the
Appointed Son Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy. He left
everything to
follow the Father and give us salvation. He left his
position, family
