Communications has
a role to play in uniting
a divided workforce
Communications from employers around the EU referendum has
helped employees become less ambiguous about the impact of
Brexit. We found that those that have received communications
around Brexit tended to be more positive on the overall impact
of Brexit on their companies and careers.
Surprisingly, only 30% of those at management level, working
at large enterprise businesses received any communication
around Brexit. A vast majority (70%) received no written or verbal
communication regarding the potential impact of Brexit.
