Kamias, Quezon City, Philippines, and CYNTHIA C.
BARRACOSO, of legal age, Filipino, married and with
residential address at Coron, Palawan,
have made,
constituted and appointed and BY THESE PRESENTS do
make, constitute and appoint, our mother, JOSEFINA A.
CADLAON, also of legal age, Filipino and a resident of
Coron Palawan , to be our representative and Attorney-inFact, for us and in our name, place and stead to do and
perform the following:

To represent, act, transact and sell the lot
located at Linapacan, Palawan in our behalf in connection
to the disposition of the lot located at Linapacan, Palawan
with Tax Declaration _____________________________;
2.
That in case said transactions, claims, benefits,
privileges and emoluments involving monies and are paid
in by check or any other form of negotiable instrument, to
withdraw and/or deposit the same with any reputable
banking institution;
3.
To sign, execute, deliver, and receive any paper
or document that may be necessary to carry out this
appointment in my name and behalf; and
4.
To do all acts and things which may be required,
necessary or proper to carry out and accomplish the
purpose of this SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said
Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority to do all acts and
things necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes, as I might or could do if
personally present, with all power of substitution and
revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that

my said Attorney-In-Fact as my substitute shall lawfully do

or cause to be done under and by virtue of this presents.
