DECLARACION DE FINANCIAMIENTO Y DE CONFLICTOS DE INTERES

El financiamiento para la elaboracin de la presente monografa fue con recursos
propios del autor.

RESUMEN
El certificado de Inexistencia de Restos Arqueolgicos CIRA es el documento mediante
el cual el Ministerio de Cultura certifica que en un rea determinada no existen vestigios
arqueolgicos en superficie.
El CIRA se obtendr de manera necesaria y previa a la ejecucin de cualquier obra civil
de inversin pblica y privada. Asimismo, en el caso de una obra civil de inversin
pblica, el CIRA deber ser solicitado y emitido antes que la propuesta o el expediente
tcnico de la obra sea aprobado.
Para solicitar la expedicin del CIRA, se deber presentar el expediente debidamente
foliado, adjuntando un disco compacto conteniendo las versiones digitales de textos,
tablas, mapas y planos en los formatos establecidos por el Ministerio de Cultura.

SUMMARY
The certificate of Absence of Archaeological Remains CIRA is the document by which
the Ministry of Culture certifies that in one area there are no archaeological remains on
the surface.
CIRA will be obtained so necessary and prior to the execution of any civil work of
public and private investment. Also, in the case of a civil work of public investment,
CIRA must be requested and issued before the proposal or technical record of the work
is approved.
To request the issue of CIRA, the file must be submitted duly numbered, attaching a
compact disc containing digital versions of text, tables, maps and drawings in the
formats established by the Ministry of Culture.
