very healthy. It has nothing but fruit,

vegatable and some bread crumbs in it.

So it is low in fat and calories, good for
your heart and blood. I firstly knew about
this dish from a foreign friend of mine,
she told me that this is very easy to
prepare and very healthy to have. She
asked me to watch a cooking show, that
is how I have learned to prepare salad.
Why I think it is special? Well, I think it is
special because it is so healthy.
Nowadays people eat too much oil and
fat, which could lead to heart disease.
However if you enjoy salad, you will take
in less fat and heat, not only can this be
very healthy, but also you can lose some

4. What kinds of things can young
people learn from old people?
5. Do you think old people enjoy their life
more these days compared with the
past?

Generally speaking, I think yes. For

example, the elderly today can enjoy
much ore choices in life. Because in the
past, there used to be little wealth, so
when people got old, they could not
enjoy their life with a lot of choices. But
now they can choose to travel or to
particpate in many other activities. So
from this perspective they do enjoy their
life more today. However, some people
also say that the elderly are much more
lonely today, because their children are
always busying working rather than
spending more time with them, but I
think as long as we tell children more
about this problem ,they will spend more
time with their parents. So overall, I
think the elderly today are much
happier.
