EURO-shop PE31 is based in the
same technology of Euronavys
ES301 products. The modified resin
and curing agent systems of PE31
are the same of the ES301.

The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. The product
should be kept in a cool well ventilated places protected from high temperatures
Containers MUST BE kept tightly closed. Shelf life: 1 year

Application guide
SURFACE PREPARATION
EURO-shop PE31, is designed for application directly to iron/steel surfaces pre-treated by Blast cleaning to Sa 2,5 of the Swedish
Standard SIS 055900.
EURO-shop PE31, is designed for application over surfaces free of grease, dry spray, dust, moisture and other foreign matters.

MIXING AND THINNING

EURO-shop PE31, is a two pack product, which contains the proper ratio of ingredients. The entire contents of each container must
be mixed together, as supplied. Stir base first to obtain smooth homogenous condition. After obtaining a uniform base, add the curing
agent slowly to the base and mix to obtain smooth homogenous condition. The use of a speed adjustable power mixer is
recommended.
EURO-shop PE31, can be thinned up to 80% (v/v) with thinner TH46.

APPLICATION
EURO-shop PE31, can be applied by airless and conventional spray.
Airless application: nozzle: 12 21 thous; pressure: 140 210 bar.

Ventilation
It is very important for the safety of the applicator that good ventilation be provided to all portions of the application area.

SAFETY
WARNING: Cause eye and skin irritation. Vapours may cause respiratory irritation in sensitive individuals. May cause allergic skin
reaction. Avoid breathing vapours. Do not get in eyes on skin or clothing. ear eye and skin protective equipment. Use appropriate
respirator, it is recommended to avoid potential respiratory irritation. Wash skin thoroughly after use and water. Call a physician.
Launder clothing before reuse. If not breathing give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth, and call physician.
FIRST AID: In case of eye contact immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated
clothing and shoes. Wash skin contact area with soap.
