How to become a United Games Affiliate

Afliates with United Games are people independently contracted to help share apps,
and are compensated according to the program explained here. Anyone, 18 or older, can
participate in the United Games Afliate Commission Program by simply creating a United
Games Afliate Account.
A one-time business suite cost of $29.99 is required to join the Afliate program. Beginning
September 15, 2016 this cost will increase to $39.99. In addition, the monthly technology
subscription is required to keep your Afliate account active (current cost $9.99). Afliates are
permitted to refer other Afliates and are nancially rewarded when those they referred generate
player revenue in the app.
If at any time you no longer wish to participate as an Afliate, you may cancel your Afliate
membership by contacting us at: www.unitedgames.com/support. Please note that once an
Afliate account has been cancelled, you may not create a new account for six months.

Important Terms to Understand

The App: The mobile application marketed by United Games is a sports app that allows players
to play along live with their favorite teams, favorite sports, and favorite friends. Afliates
are paid when people they share this app with acquire and/or play tokens.
Tokens: Tokens are the virtual game currency, allowing players to play certain aspects of the app.
These tokens are acquired by in-app purchases, bundle purchasing, member subscriptions,
or by participating in sponsored advertisements.
Tier:

A generation of organization in your Afliate team, based on the referral of players and of
enrolled Afliates. A personally referred Afliate would automatically be placed Tier 1.
If a Tier 1 Afliate personally refers another Afliate, that person would naturally be your
Tier 2. You may, however, place personally referred Afliates into different Tiers. Inactive
Afliates are not counted as a Tier. Players are counted in the Tiers based upon who
referred them. There are no limits to the number of players or Afliates per Tier.

Zone:

A level of earning qualication. Each zone is unlocked by monthly qualications, allowing

that Afliate to earn a percentage of volume from additional Tiers (according to the charts
in this document).

Volume: Cumulative amount of acquired or played tokens. Earning percentages are calculated using
these volumes, according to the explanation in this document.
Line:

The total volume of your personally sponsored Afliates organization. (If you sponsor 5
Afliates, your would have 5 lines).

3 Ways to earn as a United Games Affiliate

Commissions for Tokens ACQUIRED

Get paid when you introduce the app and tokens are acquired!
Every Afliate has the ability to share the United Games app with others, inviting them to
download the app and join in the fun. When they download the app from your invitation, that
player will forever be linked to that Afliate. Each time any player that is linked to you acquires a
token, you earn a commission.
Tokens can be acquired through in-app purchases, discounted bulk purchases, or through
monthly membership. Tokens may also be acquired by participating in offers from in-game
advertisers.
The commission percentage is paid based on which Tier the volume is assigned to. The tiered
percentage on tokens acquired is shown in the following chart.

This means that you not only can get paid on the token volume from the people
who you share the app with, but you also get paid on the token volume of the
people they share with as well, as long as you are qualied to do so. Commissions can be earned up to nine (9) Tiers down, based upon which zone you
have unlocked in the commission plan during that commission
month.

2 Commissions for Tokens PLAYED

Get paid when you invite others to play in individual games!
When a game is organized, a temporary tiered organization is formed according to who invited
who to play in that game. When you join that game, and you invite someone to play in that
game with you, as an Afliate you will earn a commission on the tokens spent by your invited
players during that game.
This commission is also multi-tiered, which means that you not only get paid on the tokens
spent from the people who you invite, but you also get paid on the token played by the people
they invite as well, up to four (4) Tiers down, based upon the zone you have unlocked that
month.
Players (who are not Afliates) who invite other players do not earn commissions for those
they invited. Therefore, those commission that would have been earned are paid to the
Afliate who is linked to those players.

3 Check Matching Commission

Afliates are nancially rewarded for sharing the App and inviting people to play the games. For
those who choose to do so, we also want to reward Afliates for encouraging these same
behaviors in other Afliates. You will be rewarded with a bonus which matches a percentage of
the commission that your active, personally referred Afliates earn for both their Tokens Acquired
Commissions and their Tokens Played Commissions. The check matching commission is calculated
a bit different from the other commissions. It is based on your personally referred Afliates... and the
Afliates they have personally referred... and so on. This can be referred to as your Afliate genealogy.
Personally Referred Geneology

This commission is not based on placement in

the tiered organization like the other commissions, it is calculated on personally referred
geneology. This is important to know, because
some people choose to place a personally
referred Afliate somewhere other than on their
1st Tier. This means that you may have personally referred Afliates on many different Tiers in
your organization. When the Check Match
Commission is calculated, the people you
check match has everything to do with your
genealogy. The percentage of that check match
is as follows:

Affiliate Status and Recognition

Afliate status and recognition level does not
affect commission earnings. It is simply a way to
congratulate Afliates for their accomplishments.
United Games will use these recognition levels
for various reasons including public recognition,
event participation, and other promotions. Your
status can be determined based on volume of
tokens played, or a combination of both according to accompanying charts.

layers of commission payout possible (see the
charts in each section for details). The zones

GLOSSARY
The App: The mobile application marketed by United Games is a sports app that allows players
to play along live with their favorite teams, favorite sports, and favorite friends. Afliates
are paid when people they share this app with acquire and/or play tokens.
Active Affiliate: An Afliate in good standing must have registered as an Afliate and be an active United
Fames Afliate with an active monthly technology subscription. (current $9.99)
Affiliate: An independent contractor who has signed and completed the ofcial United Games Afliate Agrement and whose Afliate Agreement has been accepted by United Games and whose relationship is not
otherwise terminated. Players are not Afliates.
Affiliate Status: Recognition titles in the United Games Afliate Commission Program. There are nine different
status titles that can be achieved in the program. Each different status reflects the size and scope of an
individual Afliates business. (see the accompanying status and recognition)
Commission: Earnings that are based on a percentage of the total volume of tokens acquired or played in your
organization according to the specications outlined in the commission plan.
Game: A group of people who come together to play along with the specic live sporting event.
Line: The total volume of your personally sponsored Afliates organization. (If you sponsor 5
Afliates, your would have 5 lines).
Organization Volume: The total volume of an Afliate and his/her team from each peronally sponsored Afliate line.
Player: A person who uses the app, but is not an Afliate.

Token Played: A token that is played during a game. It allows the player to participate in certain aspects of the
game.
Volume: Cumulative amount of acquired or played tokens. Earning percentages are calculated using
these volumes, according to the explanation in this document.
Zone: Commission payments are unlocked according to zones. Zone one is immediately available to all active
Afliates in good standing. The subsequent zones are unlocked according to certain qualications shown above.
