Service
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

10,000- for date reservation ( deductable but non- refundable)


50% Down payment a month before the occasion
40% One Month before the Function
10% One week before the Function
Minimum reservation 100 persons
Below the minimum reservation, Additional Php 70.00 per head
Price per head of 7 to 12 years old guests is 60% of the package Price per
head
(ex. 510package it will be P306.00 per kiddie guest and it will be served
by plate)
For out of town catering service Additional 10% to 25% of the Total
contract shall be charge. Plus a P8,000.00 Transportation charge
Venues with corkage or caterers fee shall be shoulder by client.
Any entrance fees for villages & subdivisions will be automatically added
to the clients balance. Toll fees are also added to the clients balance.
Party held in a building without service elevator, additional Php 70.00 per
floor to each waiter.
Service time of Waiters & Catering Staff is 4 hours party time, in excess
hour youll pay overtime Php 60.00 per hour to each waiter.
Equipment Usage Fee in excess of 4 hours service time addtl P 1,500.00
per hour
Venues in Manila, Makati,Pasig, Las Pinas, Paranaque, Quezon city, outside
Marikina addtl P2,000.00 as a delivery charge( applicable to metro manila
area)Note: that delivery charge in muntinlupa, Alabang and the like will
add a Toll fee Rate every enter & exit per trucks.
