Gandhi,[45]acceptedSaradaDeviashisguruandjoinedtheRamakrishnaOrder.Heeventuallyfounded
theRamakrishnaVivekanandaCenterinNewYork.[46]Thoughuneducatedherself,SaradaDeviadvocated
educationforwomen.SheentrustedDevamatawiththeimplementationofherdreamagirl'sschoolonthe
