Rationale: The Online Ordering System in Polangui Community College will improve the
showing of grades of the student online. They can easily view their grades. Nowadays,
technology is the number one in our daily life, in the office, in factory, and even in
school, everything must move on to the growing expectations of technology. We are now
living in the high-technology world and almost all companies and instructions are using
computers for easier and fast work. Human beings have reached the highest achievement
by discovering these technologies. It took several years for man to cope with the everchanging world which included the increasing work to be done. The development and
invention of computer has affected the way of living of every person. Computers now
guide missiles, calamities. Are predicted and recorded by means of computer red outs.
Hence, the manual system would have no more place on this busy world when transaction
required much time since our world considered high-tech,files and records can be stored
without consuming much effort and all these is made possible because of the existing of
computers. Universities and Colleges, one of the big organizations, are characterized by
the tremendous work process. One of the busiest office in the organization is the registrar
office. Manual paper works often budden college registrars. They suffer the consequences
of delayed processing of student information such as computation of grade and issuance
of official transcript of record and certification of grades.

importantly is that the student will enhance their sense of responsibility. To the
Parents/Guardian the students wont be able to lie to to the parent about their grade in this
system will will make the situation possible they would know if the student is lying or
not.
Approach: The researcher will study the grading system and analyze how it will come up
to be easily access by the professors and students. They will design a study and make it
online. The researcher will utilize the developmental research design. It is used in the
development of an online system that facilitates the information of the grading system.
The system will also include information about the school and the students. This system
needs to develop with an easy to use interface for teachers, and also the students to their

Results: The researcher will have an Online Grading system. The student can easily
access their grades and results of their examination. To be get faster to look at their
grades and to determined if their grades are failed or not. I will do this project for them
whether they are not in school they can see it though computers or phone.
