INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF WAREN CASE

As you know, Waren cases are due Monday July 18th at 7:45. P.M. in room VC 11
-220. You will need to submit the case and bring your ID card.
Submissions must be at the specified date/time for our section. Submissions
CANNOT be given to the Department Secretary, nor to any faculty member in the
Department office.
A reminder that the project does NOT require submission of a 'cash flow analysis' please refer to the grade sheet posted on the website at

1) Please remember to include a certification form - available at
http://faculty.baruch.cuny.edu/acc3202/certificationacct.pdf
- Please understand that evidence of cheating or cooperation on assignments will be
dealt with severely.
2) Please neatly assemble your submission - make sure your name is on both the
journal and ledger booklets, and on all reports (income statement, balance sheet,
etc.). The outside packet should have a easily readable sticker that has your name,
and "Prof. {Your Name}". If you are submitting in the Waren envelope - make sure
to secure it with a large rubber-band. It is NOT necessary to submit the reference
guide along with your submission.
3) Submissions must be made directly by you - you must bring your Baruch College
picture ID. Each student will be required to sign the control sheet upon submission this is your proof that the assignment was submitted.
4) Projects can be submitted on Monday July 18th at 7:45. P.M. in room VC 11 -220..
Please find the Graduate Assistants in Room VC 11/217. Assignments must be
submitted in person to the GA.
Again - the assignment must be submitted by you in person, and according to the
schedule above. Make sure to sign the GA's 'control sheet' when you submit.
5) There will be one date/time for any late submissions the following week
This is tentatively set for Thursday 7/21 between 8 and 8:30 - in Room VC 11/217.
Late submissions must follow the same procedures as above, and late submissions
are subject to a 10-point penalty. NO submissions will be accepted after this
date.
