RE; PARKING POLICIES Beginning July 1,2016 (Updated)
(Eilfective for School Year 2016-2017)
This Is to inform the student body of the following parking policies beginning July 1, 2016:
1. All parking slots on campus are on a first-come, first-served basis. There are designated
parking slots for students and faculty as indicated in the parking slots assignment
document attached,
2 Students without car stickers will be allowed to park on campus as long as they show
campus security their validated student ID. Students without validated IDs are not
allowed to park on campus. Once car stickers are available, only those with stickers
shall be allowed to park on campus. Board reviewers, however, are allowed to park on.
campus until the board reviews are done even without validated IDs or stickers as long
as there are available slots.
Glerks and interns may continue to park in their designated parking spaces beginning
July 1, 2016, Clerks and Interns each have 7 parking slots assigned to their batch,
a Clerks and interns will also be allowed to park at night in their designated
parking slots.
4. From July 1 - july 19, 2016, clerks, interns and board reviewers shall be allowed to park
on campus in the 16 carpoolslots on a first-come, first-served basis as long as there are
‘NO academic classes running for YLS. 6 or 7.
5. From July 20 to August 7, 2016, the following are the parking options for board
reviewers,
a. 16 Carpool slots (EXCEPT when YLS, 6 or 7 have classes on campus or carpool
groups have already been selected),
b. 8 of the carpool slots will be allotted for the board reviewers when any of the
year levels have classes on campus.
6 The 31 open slots for YL5 to YL7 will be used exclusively by YLS, 6 and 7.
7. Once classes start for YLS, 6 and 7, we request board reviewers to find alternative
parking options.
& For School Year 2016-2017 (beginning July 1, 2016), clerks and interns may also be
allowed to park on campus at night starting from 6:00 pm to 5:00 am, Additional slots.
they can park in will be the faculty designated parking slots. Students parked in the
faculty designated slots must move their cars on or before 5:00 am. Failure to remove
your car on or before 5:00 am will result in the following penalties:
a 1 offense~ written reprimand
b, 2 offense ~ Php $00 penalty fee

e. 5 offense - The student will no longer be allowed to park on campus for the
entire school year.
f, Penalty fees must be paid to the Ateneo Cashier. A copy of the receipt must be
given to the admin office to obtain clearance. The student will only be allowed to
park on campus again after obtaining clearance,
g. Ifpenalties are committed by a number of students, this parking privilege will be
removed from the batch.
9. The original parking slot assignments (see attached parking slot assignments) shall be
in effect once all year levels have resumed their classes scheduled on August 8, 2016.
10. Campus security will be in charge of monitoring compliance. They will likewise be
responsible for issuing incident reports for offenses committed and forward the reports
to the Admin Office.
