Have been currently attending courses in the college to pursue a career in
Primary Teaching, as well as majoring in early childhood education with a
current GPA of 3.13. I have worked my way through my General studies courses
and presently entering the Associates Degree program for Education.

Have completed my high school education receiving my high school Diploma,
graduating with a 3.9 GPA. I attended many special classes including, Honors
History class, AP Psychology, and AP Physics.

OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE CHURCH

Worked every Saturday 2 hours a week planting flowers and vegetables
into our church garden, held many sales to help raise money. Also
worked with others to help make renovations within our church, and
made small donations to homeless shelters.
FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST: DAY-RIVERSIDE LIBRARY

Regularly checked in and checked out books, movies, magazines, etc.
Shelved and organized items into rightful shelves using the dui-decimal
system. Occasionally made phone calls to patrons with overdue
checkouts, or items ready for pick-up. Communicated with co-workers
when needing assistance. Provided customer service to those who
needed it.
SCHOOL LAB TECHNICIAN
1400 West Goodwin Avenue SLC, UT 84116
I often assisted the teacher when preparing lesson plans and lab
activities for the students. Would regularly make call orders for the
appropriate lab equipment. I cleaned and organized the lab tools,
equipment, and table areas for the students. I coded and created labels
for chemicals and organized them, while I assisted in making a safety
guide for the lab instructor and for those using the lab.

ACTIVITIES

TEACHERS AID
Would often assist the teachers with filing graded homework
assignments and assessments. I regularly kept track of students
attendance, as well as help prepare the teachers lesson plans and
organized their lab activities.
EXPANDING YOUR HORIZONS
Participated in an all-girl Collaboration with multiple schools and worked
on various amounts of activities, all related to science and women
interested in engineering, while getting along with many other young

women in Middle school.


DANCE CLUB
Participated with a group of girls within various ages, and worked
together to make up dance routines, spending an hour a day organizing
end of the year performances.
STEGNER INSTITUTION: UNIVERSITY OF UTAH
Spent two weeks of my summer, working with various students and
teachers of multiple age groups. Worked on creating an article for the U
of U newspaper, that would later be published for the public to read,
while building up knowledge on writing skills and gaining a credit for
Language arts.
CHOIR
Participated in choir for an hour before and after school each year with
kids of all ages. Practiced solo routines or group numbers, while being
self-motivated to represent our school, when attending school
competitions.
GIRLS MATH CLUB
Worked hard with other girls to help each other on math homework an
hour after school on Thursdays, solving multiple math problems,
creating fun activities, and put our heads together to help design our
own school garden using math.
MESA: MATH, ENGINEERING, SCIENCE, ACHIEVEMENT CLUB
Attended a High school MESA club an hour afterschool per week,
working with others on multiple science related activities, and
participating in various MESA competitions with other schools.

SCIENCE FAIR
Was awarded for both District and state fairs and went as far as the
Regional Science fair.

Helped created MESA banquets every year, designing the outcome of


decorations for the event and decided which foods would be served. I
organized students into committees for entertainment, decorations,
invitations, and serving needs. I would often plan activities for the
students, including creating lesson plans to teach elementary students
fun and interesting topics about science with the help of the rest of the

MESA Club students.
