Ok thanks for the question. My name is Farah Adina, Im 20 . I graduate from Semarang Polytechnic
State and I took Telecommunication Major. My hobbies are selling some thing, watching horror
movie.
2. Question number 8: Why do you want tihis job?
Option 1: Because my tallent and my skill are match with this job
Option 2: I believe this job would further enhance my confidence and as well as to render my service
for the company's benefit.
3. Question number 9: Why should we hire you?
Sir, as I am fresher, I have theoretical knowledge but I can do hard work for my organisation. And I
will put my all efforts for good progress of organization. Being punctual and sincere, I can finish the
work given to me on time and try my best to fulfill all needs of company from me and I will not give
you chance for regret.

And coming to my weaknesses,
Some times I lost my patience while continues working but I tackle the work with smart working
nature.

Sir, it is one of the fastest growing company in India. The work environment of the company is good.
People feel proud to be part of company as company provides full support to their employees in
professional front. It has cross the branches in the world. So, I have a good opportunity to show my
talent.
6. Question number 25: tell me about your ability (kemampuan) to work under pressure?
I can work under pressure extremely well, meeting strict deadlines and reacting effectively and
efficiently to changing structures, priorities and workloads.
7. Question number 38: tell us about time when you had to make difficult decision(keputusan)
when at the first semester I get GPA is not good. there I had to decide to move to another university
more I want and hope that I get better grades, or I continue at POLINES. eventually with the advice
of friends and the support of my parents, I continue to study at POLINES
8. Question number 48: whre do you see yourself in five years time?
After 5 years I would like to see myself as a successful person, who is not dependent on anyone and
who is skilled enough to face or deal all the challenges in life that comes in future.

Sir for me experience is very important to enhance my skills but I have to manage my basic needs for
