Blood type O

People with blood type O usually have a big role in motivating the passion of their
groups and stimulating the harmonious relationship among the group members. They
look like people who accept and do something calmly.
They are smart to cover up their feelings, so they look like people who are always
cheerful, peaceful, and do not have problem at all. But, if they cannot bear it, they will
surely find out a place or someone to talk.
They are kind, often do kindness, and are not reluctant to get out of their money to other
people. They are actually stubborn too and have their own opinions about anything in
confidence, but they are also flexible and easily accept new things. No wonder that they
lean to be influenced easily by other people. Look like people who are temperate and
believable, but they also often make big mistakes because of their careless
characteristic. However, their characteristics make them lovable.

Biology of Different Types of Personality

Since the days of Ancient Greece and continuing onwards to the present day, it was confirmed that there are four
different types of personality. These are broad basic personality types that are usually present in a unique mix that
defines how you think, feel and behave.
These personality types are

Sanguine

Phlegmatic

Choleric

Melancholic

Long ago, each of these types was associated with a dominant humor present in the body: sanguine blood humor,
phlegmatic phlegm humor, choleric yellow bile humor, melancholic black bile humor.
Additionally to that, the latest research shows that these four basic temperaments are associated with chemicals, like
dopamine (for sanguine type), estrogen (for phlegmatic type), testosterone (for choleric type) and serotonin (for
melancholic type).

The Sanguine Type

This type is characterized by spontaneity, optimism, enthusiasm, high energy, mental flexibility, novelty seeking,
impulsiveness and curiosity. These traits are associated with specific genes in the dopamine system. These people
often have very expressive faces and love using words like adventure, energy, new, fun, active, travel and
similar. More

The Phlegmatic Type

These people are mainly defined by their social skills, such as their ability to express themselves and read other
people face expressions and body language. They do well at connecting facts and seeing the big picture.

They are nurturing, sympathetic, agreeable and emotionally expressive. Some of these character traits are linked with
estrogen that is present in both men and women.
Physically you can recognize them by their smooth skin, full lips, round faces and small noses. Their favorite words
are passion, passionate, sensitive and sweet. More

The Choleric Type

This type is associated with testosterone, which is also present in men and women, but more so in men. These
people are direct, focused, tough, analytical, logical and strategic. They have a great deal of courage and like to
compete, often against each other. They often have square jaws, high cheekbones and high foreheads and love to
use words like intellect, ambition and challenge. More

The Melancholic Type

Melancholics tend to be calm, loyal and orderly, just as their personality name sounds. They are cautious and
conventional. These men and women inherited genes in the serotonin system and their favorite words are family,
loyal, respect, caring, values and moral. More
Most people are unique blend of four different types of personality, where all of the traits are present to some extent.
However, some of these traits will be predominant. Your predominant type will be considered your main temperament
and while you most probably display all four temperaments to some extent; you still can easily identify two leading
temperaments your basic temperament and your secondary temperament.

MBtI
Basics

The purpose of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI ) personality inventory is to make the
theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung understandable and useful in peoples lives.
The essence of the theory is that much seemingly random variation in the behavior is actually quite
orderly and consistent, being due to basic differences in the ways individuals prefer to use their
perception and judgment.
"Perception involves all the ways of becoming aware of things, people, happenings, or ideas.
Judgment involves all the ways of coming to conclusions about what has been perceived. If
people differ systematically in what they perceive and in how they reach conclusions, then it is only
reasonable for them to differ correspondingly in their interests, reactions, values, motivations, and
skills."
In developing the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator [instrument], the aim of Isabel Briggs Myers, and her
mother, Katharine Briggs, was to make the insights of type theory accessible to individuals and
groups. They addressed the two related goals in the developments and application of the MBTI
instrument:
The identification of basic preferences of each of the four dichotomies specified or implicit in Jungs
theory.

The identification and description of the 16 distinctive personality types that result from the
interactions among thepreferences.

Excerpted with permission from the MBTI Manual: A Guide to the Development and Use of the
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

Favorite world: Do you prefer to focus on the outer world or on your own inner world? This is
called Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I).
Information: Do you prefer to focus on the basic information you take in or do you prefer to interpret
and add meaning? This is called Sensing (S) or Intuition (N).
Decisions: When making decisions, do you prefer to first look at logic and consistency or first look at
the people and special circumstances? This is called Thinking (T) or Feeling (F).
Structure: In dealing with the outside world, do you prefer to get things decided or do you prefer to
stay open to new information and options? This is called Judging (J) or Perceiving (P).
Your Personality Type: When you decide on your preference in each category, you have your own
personality type, which can be expressed as a code with four letters.
The 16 personality types of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator instrument are listed here as they are
often shown in what is called a type table.

For a description of your MBTI type, place your cursor over the box containing your four-letter type

code. You may also wish to browse through all of the 16 type descriptions.
If you do not know your MBTI type, you may wish to take the instrument.
Type tables can also be used to gather and facilitate analysis of information about teams or specific
groups of people.
All types are equal: The goal of knowing about personality type is to understand and appreciate
differences between people. As all types are equal, there is no best type.
The MBTI instrument sorts for preferences and does not measure trait, ability, or character. The MBTI
tool is different from many other psychological instruments and also different from other personality
tests.
The best reason to choose the MBTI instrument to discover your personality type is that hundreds of
studies over the past 40 years have proven the instrument to be both valid and reliable. In other words,
it measures what it says it does (validity) and produces the same results when given more than once
(reliability). When you want an accurate profile of your personality type, ask if the instrument you
plan to use has been validated.
The theory of psychological type was introduced in the 1920s by Carl G. Jung. The MBTI tool was
developed in the 1940s by Isabel Briggs Myers and the original research was done in the 1940s and
'50s. This research is ongoing, providing users with updated and new information about psychological
type and its applications. Millions of people worldwide have taken the Indicator each year since its
first publication in 1962.

'TYPE O'
Type Os most often described themselves in ways related to the following characteristics; responsible,

decisive, organized, objective, rule-conscious, and practical. Both male and female Type Os
reported a higher percentage of the mesomorphic body type when compared to controls. Interestingly,
Type Os also scored significantly higher than the rest in sensing using the 5 senses to gather
information, and in the sensing-thinking combination, indicating that they are more detail and fact
oriented, logical, precise and orderly.
Type O's are the social butterflies. Often popular and self-confident, you are very creative and always
seem to be the center of attention. You make a good impression on people and youre often quite
attractive. Organized and determined, your stubbornness will help you reach your goals. You make good
leaders. Love wise, O is most compatible with O and AB. Common career choices: banker, politician,
