Title: Management Review Meeting/SLT Meeting
1.0PURPOSE: To lay down a procedure for conducting comprehensive Management Review
as part of management responsibility of MR (Management Representative) to ensure that
Quality Management System is effective, adequate and suitable for continuity.
2.0SCOPE: This process applies for review of the Quality System of all functions of Swaraj
Division.
3.0RESPONSIBILITIES:
It is the responsibility of all Division Heads/Functional Heads/Section Heads to ensure
implementation of the action plans formulated in the Management Review Meeting/SLT
Meeting.
4.0DEFINITIONS:
4.1Management Review Meeting
This refers to the meeting of senior leadership team of Swaraj Division, which
takes place on a regular basis to review Quality System elements & the progress
made towards continual improvement goals and objectives for Quality.
5.0PROCEDURE:
5.1Business Planning Cell organizes the Management Review Meeting with the SLT
every week.
5.2The agenda of the management review meetings is decided by the Management
Representative and circulated to all members prior to the meeting. The agenda
normally contain following elements.
Follow-up actions of previous reviews.
Degree of implementation and effectiveness of each process of quality
management system. Review of changes that could affect the Quality
Management System.
Performance against target set in business plan.
Status of preventive & corrective actions (Internal & external)
Review of customer feedback and satisfaction.
Productivity improvements.
Review of audit results and action plans resulting from abnormal Quality concern.
Continuous Improvement Efforts/Projects.
Review of New Product Development.
5S & Employee Motivation
Field Failures and their analysis
Cost of Poor Quality
Recommendations for improvements.
Note: Management Review meetings covering the above can be staggered and held at
different dates and Time such as Weekly SLT Meeting, Monthly DLT Meetings.

5.3The system review process also focuses on the following aspects.


Any change on Account of new business needs additional Projects/product
requiring augmentation in manpower, equipments and facilities to adequately
cover the quality requirements.
Review of chronic problem areas requiring special attention.
Review of structure of Quality System also covers any point pertaining to the
changes in Quality Processes.
5.4Business Planning Cell documents the action plans in the minutes of SLT Meeting.
The minutes of SLT meeting is then circulated to all concerned.
