Via some information from Internet, I have learned that your company is seeking to recruit an
Import-Export Executive. I would like to submit this cover letter, wishing my abilities will gain
your attention and I may be granted an interview anytime.
I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in International Commerce from Ha Noi University of
Business and Technology. Im enclosing herewith my CV and Score-board showing in details
my profile and the result of my studying as well.
As you can see from my CV, I had 07 months worked in Oriental Star Import-Export
Corporation; 13 months worked in Anphanam International Co., Ltd as an Import-Export
Executive and 30 months worked in Vietnam Inspection Solutions Co., Ltd as an ImportExport Manager. I have a very strong academic background and reality experience with
Foreign Trade field. My recent internships allowed me to further develop and strengthen my
abilities as well as my skills. I believe that I could make a significant and valuable contribution in
your firm.
Certainly, I have good knowledge of many subjects of Foreign Trade such as: Incoterms,
Insurance, Forwarding, and Customs Also, Ive particularly improve English skills, learnt for
communication in business and writing international business correspondence.
Im good at using computer, Internet and MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Im
motivated and ambitious, also organized and details oriented. Im able to work independently
and effectively, have good interpersonal and communication skills. If appointed Im certainly
going to be hard working, active and enthusiastic.
According to your advertisement I feel my abilities can meet your requirement. Im confident of
my knowledge because I have been interested in this job and paid attention in studying related
