Scenario
You have just started a job as a trainee PC support technician at PC retailer. The company sells a wide
range of PC hardware, operating systems (including Windows and Linux) and software. As the new
trainee, you have been asked to carry out a range of activities to ‘clean up’ and upgrade a stock of
existing computers (in the premises) to help you improve your working knowledge before you can work
in the sales department
