EUROKIT produce una vasta gamma di carrelli non retrattili e gambe


adatti a qualsiasi ti po di aeromodell o fino a 20 Kg. di peso. I carrelli
sono di sponi bi li nei ti pi orientabile o fisso con gambe m oll eggiate
e telescopiche, oppure con gambe in acciaio armonico. Le gambe
sono disponibili nei tipi mol leggiato e telescopico oppure in acciaio
arm onico o duralluminio.
The fixed landing gears and struts made by Eurokit come i n several
versions to suit any type of model airplane up to 20 Kg. They may
be steerable or unsteerable, with shock absorbing or telescopic
legs, or with wi re legs. T he legs are avai lable in a shock absorbing
/ telescopic version, as well as steel wi re or dural.

ma anche dal l'olio contenuto nel le gambe; i vantaggi principali di questa soluzi one sono quel li di avere una l unga

segui to ad atterraggi duri. Sono realizzate in ERGAL 7075 per ottenere una maggiore resistenza ri spetto al le gambe

We should like to draw your attenti on to OLEOLEGS - our new line of oleo shock absorber l egs almost the same
features as in real ones. Shock absorti on occurs through the combined action of the spring and the oil contained in the
telescopic l eg. Smooth strength absorpti on due to the long travel of the l eg so preventing model bouncing in case to
hard landing. The legs are ERGAL 7075, hence they are considerably sturdi er than
standard legs. What's more they have an effective anti-twist device and a register screw
to adjust spring prel oading. By adjusting the screw preloading you may vary the spr ing
strength to sui t the model's weight.

EUROKIT a le plaisir de vous prsenter sa nouvelle gamme de jam bes tlscopi ques
amorti sses huile OLEOLEGS au fonctionnement comme dans les vraies avions. L'action amortissante est produite non seulement par le ressort mais
aussi par l 'huile contenue dans la jam be. Cette sol ution offre l'avantage
d'une longue excursion de jambe, danc une plus douce absorption de la
force de compressi on, et d'viter les rebonds du modle dans l es attrrissages
trop brusques.
Ralises en ERGAL 7075 pour augmenter l a rsistence, par rapport aux
jambes traditionelles, ces jambes de nouvel design sont quipes d'un
dispositif antitorsi on fonctionnant, ainsi que d'une vis de rglage pour
rgler le prremontage du ressort. On peut, par ce rglage, varier la tensi on du ressort en fonction du poi ds du modle.
Les jambes OLEOLEGS sont disponibles dans les msures
suivantes:
- diamtre extrieur 21 mm, pour roues de 90-150 mm,
utilisabl e sur treins Maxi de la Professional Line sur modles d'avion de 15-20 Kg. Trois types et deus l onguers disponibles prsent.

Fahrwerk beine. Darberhinaus sind sie mit einer funktionstchtigen Drallschutzvorrichtung und ei ner Einstel lschraube zur Einstel lung der Federvorspannung ausgestattet. Man kann dadurch die ri chtige Spannung
der Feder entsprechend dem Modellgewicht auswhlen.
OLEOLEGS-Fahrwerkbeine sind in folgenden Gren li eferbar:

La Professional Line una nuova gamma di carrelli retrattili completamente in dural che sostituisce la vecchia linea con corpo in dural e camma in nylon. Il
meccanismo stato totalmente riprogettato e migliorato. Scegliendo fra i vari kit di distribuzione disponibili possibile far funzionare questi carrelli in tre modi
diversi: il primo con chiusura ad aria compressa ed apertura a molla, il secondo con apertura e chiusura ad aria compressa (in questo caso la molla pu essere
eliminata, ma se viene lasciata al suo posto si ottiene lapertura di emergenza dei carrelli in caso di perdita daria dal circuito), il terzo con apertura e chiusura
tramite circuito idraulico ad olio con pompa elettrica ad ingranaggi e centralina elettronica di controllo. Nelle versioni ad aria compressa, sostituendo la camma,
le posizioni di apertura possono essere scelte di grado in grado tra +5 e -5 gradi, rispetto a quella standard di 90 gradi. Inoltre la meccanica anteriore consente
la chiusura del carrello da 90 fino a 120 gradi, permettendo cos di far rientrare completamente nella fusoliera la gamba e la ruota. Questa gamma di carrelli

Professional Line includes is a new generation All-Dural Landing Gears, other than in the old ones in which a nylon cam equipped the dural casing. The improved,
new design mechanics may have 3 different actions: 1. The L/G is pulled in by air pressure, and pulled out by the action of a spring. 2. Compressed air operates
both the L/Gs pulling in and the pulling out (in this case the spring inside the cylinder can be removed; however, if it is not, in case of emergency due to air leakage
the landing gear would be called into the open position by the action of same spring. 3. In this version pull-in and pull-out are operated by the the oil system which
is equipped with electric pump and electronic control. If we raplace the cam, we can select several opening positions step- by- step among +5 and -5 degrees, other
than in the former types where the leg stand open at 90. Whats more, the front mechanism moves the landing gear within 90 to 120, so concealing both the
legs and the wheels into the fuselage. This new design landing gear comes in three sizes - small, large and giant, for models from 5 Kg. up to 20 Kg. The
mechanics are supplied individually to offer the final user a larger choice of combinations among the variety of legs available, whether with front
or back rotation, steerable or fixed.
La Professional Line est une nouvelle gamme de trains rentrants entirement fabriqus en dural: une solution haut de gamme en alternative aux anciens
atterrisseurs corps dural et camme nylon. La mchanique a t compltement dessine nouveau et amliore. On peut choisir parmi les botes de distribution
disponibles, pour trouver trois diffrents systmes de fonctionnement: dans le premier, les trains rentrent grce la pousse de lair comprim et sortent par
laction du ressort contenu dans le cylindre. Dans le 2.me cas soit la sortie soit la rentre le fonctionnement se passe air comprim (dans ce cas on pourrait
mme enlever le ressort; toutefois, si on le quitte sa place, la sortie de latterriseur est garantie mme en cas de fuite dair dans le circuit pneumatique. Le
troisime systme, enfin, est quip dun circuit hydraulique lhuile avec une pompe lectrique engrenages et distributeur lectronique de contrle.
Autrement que dans nos versions standard, dans lesquelles le train sort jusqu 90, il est possible ici, substituant la camme, de slectionner en continu entre +5
et 5. En outre la mchanique du train avant permet la jambe et la roue de rentrer de 90 120, les faisant disparatre compltement dans le fuslage. Ces
nouveaux atterrisseurs sont disponibles en trois tailles: petit, grand et maxi, pour les modles de 5 20 Kg. Les mchaniques de ces trains sont vendues
individuellement; on dispose coma de plusieurs combinaisons: rotation avant ou arrire, trains orientables ou fixes.

Nylon-Nocken verwendet werden knnen. Die Mechanik wurde neu entworfen und gebaut. Die verschiedenen Bauksten ermglichen mehrfache Funktionsweisen: 1. Preluft bettiges Einfahren und Federbewirktes Ausfahren der Fahrwerke. 2. Sowohl Aus- als auch Einfahren , beides Preluft bettigt (in diesem Fall
knnte man die Feder herausnehmen; man empfiehlt aber, diese an ihrem Platz zu lassen, da diese bei unerwnschter Luftleckage wirksam wird, um ein sicheres
Ausfahren des Fahrwerkes zu gewhrleisten). 3. Ein- und Ausfahren der Farwerke gehen ber ein ldrucksystem mit angeschlossener elektrischen Pumpe und
elektronischer Kontrolle vonstatten. Durch Ersetzen des Nockens knnen die Ausfahrstellungen stufenweise im Bereich +5/-5 gewhlt werden, anders als bei
unseren Standard-Versionen, bei denen das Fahrwerk 90 ausfhrt. Die Mechanik des Bugfahrwerkes ist auerdem so ausgelegt, da dieses Fahrwerk 90 bis
120 einfhrt, somit verschwinden Bein und Rad vllig in den Rumpf. Die beschriebenen Fahrwerke sind in drei Gren lieferbar: klein, gro und maxi, die sich fr
Modelle von 5 bis 20 Kg. eignen. Die Mechaniken knnen vereinzelt geliefert werden; dadurch ist es mglich, die verschiedenen Funktionen zu
kombinieren nach vorn oder hinten drehbar, lenkbar oder fest.

Questo carrello permette di ruotare la gamba in avanti dalla parte opposta del cilindro, disponibil e con apertura della camma di grado in grado

T his landing gear allows the front rotati on of the leg in the opposite side of the cylinder. It is available with the cam
open position from degree to degree among +5 and -5 degree, different to the standard open position of 90 degree.
T he cl ose positi on can be regulated from 90 degree to 120 degree in this way it allows the leg and the wheels to come into
the fuselage as in the real Jet. The landing gears have two air way i n (double effect cylinder) one for the open position and one
for the close posi tion. The work ing can be in three different ways: the fi rst way operates with compressed air for the close position and the spring for
the open position. The second one operates both for the open and close positions wi th the compressed air (in this case the spring can be removed, but
if it is left to his place, in case of loosing air from the system the spring inside the cylinder open the landing gears). The third way work for open and
cl ose positions trough the hydraulic oil system. This L/G can be used as steerable front landing gear.

Questo carrello permette di ruotare la gamba in avanti dalla parte opposta
del cilindro, disponibile con apertura della camma di grado in grado tra +5
e -5 gradi rispetto a quella standard di 90 gradi; in chiusura ha una regolazione
che pu variare da 90 a 120 permettendo cos di far rientrare completamente la gamba e la ruota allinterno della fusoliera anche in modelli riproduzioni di Jet. Il carrello dispone di 2 entrate (cilindro a doppio effetto) una per
l a chiusura ed una per lapertura, il funzionamento pu essere in tre modi diversi :
il primo con chiusura ad aria compressa ed apertura a molla, il secondo con apertura e
chiusura ad aria compressa (in questo caso la moll a pu essere el iminata, ma se vi ene
lasciata al suo posto si otti ene l'apertura di emergenza dei carrelli in caso di perdita d'ari a dal
circuito), il terzo con apertura e chiusura tramite circuito i draul ico ad olio. Questa meccanica
utilizzabile come carrel lo al are o posteriore fisso.
This landing gear allows the front rotation of the leg in the opposite side of the cyl inder. It is available with the
cam open positi on from degree to degree among +5 and -5 degree, di fferent to the standard open position of 90
degree. The close positi on can be regulated from 90 degree to 120 degree in this way it allows the l eg and the wheels to
come into the fusel age as in the real J et. The l anding gears have two air way in (double effect cylinder) one for the open
position and one for the close position. The work ing can be in three different ways: the first way operates with compressed air for
the close position and the spring for the open position. The second one operates both for the open and close positions with the compressed air (in this
case the spring can be removed, but i f it is left to his place, in case of loosing air from the system the spring inside the cylinder open the landing gears).
T he third way work for open and close positi ons trough the hydraulic oil system. Thi s L/G can be used as wing landing gears or rear fixed landing gear.

Questo giunto permette di separare e riunire due sezioni di qualsiasi impianto idraulico (carrelli o freni) senza alcuna perdita di pressione e di olio dal circuito. All'interno di questo giunto sono presenti due valvole dal funzionamento automatico; mentre viene svitata la ghiera centrale per separare le due parti del giunto, le valvole si chiudono automaticamente per
evitare la perdita di olio o di pressione. Al contrario quando le due parti vengono unite e la ghiera centrale viene avvitata, le due valvole si aprono per permettere
nuovamente il passaggio dell'olio. Questo giunto pu essere utilizzato nei modelli che
hanno il carrello principale installato nell'ala o nelle semiali smontabili dalla fusoliera. In questi
casi l'impianto idraulico pu essere installato completamente in fusoliera e l'ala o le semiali possono
essere separate facilmente dalla fusoliera con il relativo carrello senza alcuna perdita di olio dal circuito.

This type of joint permits to assemble and separate two sections of whaterver oil system for breaks or for landing
gears with no leakage or pressure loss. The joint contains two automatic valves: when the central ring that connects the two sections in unscrewed as to separate
one section from the other, the valves close automatically, so barring the way to oil or pressure. When, on the contrary, the two sections are re-connected, and
screwed together, the valves will open again to permit oil or pressure circulation. This joint can be used on models having the main landing gear fixed to the wing
or in which the half-wings can be dismounted from the fuselage. In these models the whole oil system can be entirely installed into the fuselage, and the wing, or
the half-wings can be easily removed still keeping in place the respective landing gear without any leakage from the hydraulic system.
Ce type d'assemblage permit de dtacher our runir deux sections de n'importe quel circuit hydraulique (soit freins soit treins d'attrrissage) sans aucune perte de
pression ou d'huile. Deux soupapes fonctionnement automatique se trouvent l'intrieur du joint; en dvissant l'embout centrale pour sparer les deux pices du
joint les deux soupapes se referment automatiquement pour interdire la sortie de l'huile ou une perte pression. Par contre elles s'ouvriront nouveau lorsqu'on
runit les deux pices et on serre l'embout, rtablissant ainsi la circulation de l'huile. Nous conseillons ce type d'assemblage pour les modles ayant le train principal
install dans l'aile ou dans les demi-ailes dmontables. Dans ces cas l'installation hydraulique peut tre entirement installe dans le fuselage et l'aile ou les demiailes peuvent tre aisment tes du fuselage avec leur train sans aucune perte d'huile du circuit.

der Ring eingeschraubt, so ffnen sich beide Ventile, und der lkreislauf stellt sich wieder her. Diese Art von Verbindung eignet sich fr Modelflugzeuge, in denen
das Hauptfahrwerk in der Tragflche oder in den abnehmbaren Halbflgeln sitzt. In solchen Fllen kann die hydraulische Anlage ganz in dem Rumpf eingebaut
werden, und die Tragflche oder die zwei Halbflgel lassen sich samt Fahrwerk leicht und leckfrei von dem Rumpf abnehmen.
