2nd PK Retreat Bohol

Clear skies and good
weather were among our
prayers for the May 25 Bohol trip
of (EHCP) Every Home for Christ
Philippines couple (National
Director) Emer and husband
Sam Evangelista. But what
started as torrents of rain
became showers of blessings as
several Pastors Kids converged
for a special time together. The
Bohol trip was for the 2nd
Pastors Kids Retreat. The 1st PK
Retreat was held at the MMRC
or Mt. Makiling Re-Creation
Center in Batangas last
December 2014.
Bishop Jerry Guanzon, our
partner in Ubay, coordinated
the PK Retreat. A total number
of 22 PKs trooped to Jesus Christ
Lord of All Creation Church in
Bood, Ubay last May 28, 2016.
The PKs came from Ubay and

from the neighboring towns of

Trinidad, Buenavista, Pilar,
Mabini and from the farther
towns of Anda,
Jagna and
Baclayon.
They got doses of
encouragements and reminders
regarding Fulfilling Gods
Destiny, the retreats theme.
They heard testimonies from
other PKs: Dodo Curit (Alicia),

L yn An de s ( An da ) a nd
Bethlehem Basilad (Ubay). Lyn
and Bethlehem, both married
and with children, are presently
serving in the ministry with their
father, who are Pastors. All three
shared the struggles and
victories of being PKs. It was
truly heart-warming to serve the
children of Gods workers.

Highlights of the 2nd PK Retreat:

22 Bohol Pastors Kids met and mingled at
Jesus Christ Lord of All Creation Church, Bood, Ubay
encouraged and ministered by the EHCP team.

Partnership
The PK Retreat was not
the only result of the Bohol trip.
As with other trips, churches
were visited by the team,
because the mission of EHCP is
to partner with churches and
other
Christian organizations.
Several churches and
partners were
visited in the
towns of Dimiao, Guindulman,
Anda, Alicia and Ubay. We
believe such is necessary for the
strengthening of partnership
with these churches.
We rejoice upon hearing
and seeing their joy in using the
Gospel tracts in evangelism.

EHCP believes that the
most effective way to share the
Gospel is to map out and visit

has the opportunity to receive
the Gospel. EHCP has travelled
from north to south of the
Philippines actively equipping
the local churches to reach the
lost with the Gospel and make
disciples. This strategy is simple,
