Assalamualaikum

Good morning, Ladies and Gentleman..

Our beloved Prophet (Peace Be upon Him)s glorius teaching us, he said,
Knowledge is like a camel, if you dont tie it, it will get lost in the desert. This
statement is explained in an other hadith of Abu Dawud, Tie knowledge by writing
it down... for me, Life is vacation, and Writing is my vacation from living (Eugene
ONeill). How about you..?

I am going to talk today about writing, one of the popular hobby. Writing is an
exploration. You can write everything. All about your knowledge, life, feel, or
imagination maybe. You can know that writing is so important.

First Ill explain about the advantages of writing and then why that is so important
for knowledge.

First, what is the advantage of writing..? As long as we know, Writing has many
advantages. But, Ill tell you about two advantages. First, writing can decrease your
stress. Based on the statement of James W. Penneabaker, He is a Professor of
Psychology at the University of Texas. He said that, The peoples mental condition
that used to expressing emotion by write are more stable than they are not. So, If
you have any problem that are unspoken, writing can help u to say your unspoken
problem. Second, increase creativity. By writing, your creativity will increase
automatically. You can grow up your imagination by word. Just write whatever
comes to your head, and your mind will redirecting you to make writings. You can
try that in everywhere.

That is the advantages of writing.

Next, let me describe why writing is so important for knowledge. Like as my speech
before, Tie knowledge by writing it down..!. You have to remember, Your
knowledge is your jariah, thats continuous. You cant hold it. Knowledge is an
everyones right. You can share your knowledge by write it down. For example, you
can write an article, or posting your knowledgeable writings on your social media.
Believe it, you are nothing without your knowledge, and your knowledge is nothing
if you didnt share.

In conclusion, writing is an exploration. You can get minimal two advantages by


writing. There are, your stress will decrease, and your creativity will increase. You
have been known that knowledge is so important and an everyones right. So, dont
hold them..! I suggest you, Lets share our knowledge..! I think, an easy way to do
that is writing. So, lets enjoy writing..!

A very good afternoon to the honourable lecturer and friends My topic today is the
important fruits and vegetables for healthy skin. well.. who doesnt want to have
beauty and healthy skin? Everyone must want it .. beauty and healthy skin are
desire that belongs to everyone.. everyone must want beauty and healthy skin, the
health of our body starting from head until foot and also our emotional balance is
influenced by what we eat every day) so, how the actual healthy skin? Healthy skin
is moist, tight, elastic, bright, and there is not wrinkle. How is unhealthy skin?
Unhealthy skin is rough, dry, tarnish and sometimes had skin disease. it is not
good , Im sure all of person ever feel it. Its very annoying appearance, isnt it? For
special treatment with expensive cost, perhaps will be one of the choice to protect
skin. But actually you dont need to do those expensive treatments or buying some
expensive skin-care products just to get bright and healthy skin. What you need to
do is consuming more right foods. According to a research from University of St
Andrews, consuming vegetables and fruits routinely are able to increase yellow and
red natural color of skin. everyone must have questions, why must be fruit and
vegetables? Fruits and vegetables are important part of balance food for our daily
life. Fruits and vegetables also contain vitamin and fiber that good for health. begins
from the fruits, we know orange, banana, apple, and watermelon? Everyone is
familiar with these fruits, isnt? its all easy to found everywhere right now, One of
the fruits that easy to find is orange

Orange that rich of vitamin c is not only fresh but also good for healthy skin. Orange
is able to protect the skin from oksidatif stress which caused wrinkled, weak skin
and not shining. Vitamin c in orange is not only useful for healthy skin but also can
to our mood better from its aroma. So, if you feel in bad mood. You can take orange
and smell it .. Then, Orange contains limonene extract. Based on a research done by
university of Arizona to 470 males and females, its known that this chemical
element is able to make smaller skin cancer risk until 34%. Next, spinach

that claimed be able to against aging marks. But the result will not be maximum if it
is not supporting with inside treatment. In conclusion, at the same time .. there are
many people do not consume the portion which be suggested. So people spend
money for beauty treatment for their skin. In fact, by consuming vegetables and
fruits, we dont need to spend extra money for our beauty and healthy skin.

Guys .. who doesnt want to have beauty and healthy skin? Everyone must want it ..
beauty and healthy skin are strong desire for everyone. (everyone must want
beauty and healthy skin, thats why there is a term You are what you eat, This
wise word is suitable for us. Because the health of our body starting from head until
foot and also our emotional balance are influenced by what we eat every day) so,
how is that healthy skin actually? Healthy skin are moist, tight, elastic, bright, there
is no wrinkle, free from pimples, flecks and of course skin disease. Do you think
your skin has had all these? Some of you I think yah .. but some of you Im afraid
not.
How is unhealthy skin? Unhealthy skin is not smooth (rough), dry, tarnish and
sometimes had skin disease. Ouh .. thats really bad. Im sure all of us must ever
feel these cases. Its very annoying our appearance, isnt it?
For special treatment with expensive cost, perhaps will be one of the choice to
protect skin. But actually you dont need to do those expensive treatments or
buying some expensive skin-care products just to get bright and healthy skin. What

Well guys, Healthy body needs nutrition food. Besides for the growth, nutrition food
also can make strength the immune system and beautify the skin. Outside
treatment wont be maximum if it is not supporting by inside treatment by food that
we consume every day.
You dont need to spend more budget for healthy food. Because there are some
healthy foods that we can find anytime and everywhere easily. What are they? Who
knows? Yeah .. fruits and vegetables. Absolutely right.

and skin cancer.
Consume red fruits help to increase the skin protection to bad effect of ultraviolet.
Because these fruits are rich of beta-karoten, lycopene, vitamin C & E which will
make bright and shine skin. You can see tomato, we often consume it. It is also one
of fruit that has much nutrition which is good for skin health.

In conclusion, at the same time .. there are many people do not consume the
portion which be suggested. So people spend money for beauty treatment for their
skin. In fact, by consuming vegetables and fruits, we dont need to spend extra
money for our beautiful and healthy skin.
