Introduction
Purpose
The purpose of the CRP 2 Strategy and Plan is to establish the organization of
Business Flow Teams participating in Conference Room Pilot (CRP) 2,
communicate the number of workshops planned for each Business Flow
Team, and define the scope, objectives and schedule of each workshop.

Background
The information in this document has been defined as the result of
discussions between project staff, <Company Short Name> technical staff,
and <Consulting Services Provider> consultants.
