History of EMEAA
EME Alumni Association was founded on 10th
April, 2005 with Afnan Ahmad from DE-18 as
the Founding President
Adnan Shahid from DE-14 took over as
President in 2009
EMEAA has come a long way since the last
years

EMEAA FA Program
EMEAA Financial Aid program was launched
on the gathering of 2nd Alumni Reunion in
2006.
It was decided and mutually agreed by the
Alumni that a Financial Aid fund will be
opened and maintained by the Alumni to help
deserving students

 The Financial Aid is given out on NEED basis

only and the student is required to improve
his grades upon receiving the scholarship
A bi-annual assessment is done along with the
necessary mentoring to decide eligibility for
subsequent semesters
The entire process is transparent and
confidential with no external interference or
pressure

EMEAA ENDOWMENT FUND

EMEAA has established its very own EME Alumni
Association Endowment Account under NUST Trust
Fund to make the scholarship process selfsustainable
The account was opened on 16th Feb, 2016 and
EMEAA became the first Alumni Association to
open this account. The account has been setup
initially with an amount of Rs. 2.5 Million
The target is to take this endowment upto Rs. 14
Million to make the Scholarship Program SelfSustainable.
