INTRODUCTION

quality tower and even more due to advancement in technology and
innovation. In short, quality must be ensured in the construction of tower

It is defined as stock or supply of money, material, staff, and other assets
that can be drawn on by a person or organisation in order to function
effectively.Resoures can be categorized into three types namely, money
resources labour resource and material resources.
Money resources talk about the money or financial capital to be used in
the construction process.
Material resources talks about the tools, equipements and materials
needed or to be used for the construction such as metals, cements, sand,
water, tractors etc.
Labour resources refer to the human resource used for the construction of
the tower. It also talks about the man power needed to complete a job. It
consists of the contractor and his staff and every individual involved in the
construction process.
Time:
This is a very important aspect of every business organisation such as a
construction firm. As the important saying goes time waits for no man so
then man has to make hay while there is sunlight. In constructing a tower
time must be adhered to, to prevent any incoviences.The tower has to be
ready exactly on the time provided.
