Arvigo Technique of Maya Abdominal Massage (ATMAM)

Healing the Earth, One Womb at a Time

What is the Arvigo Technique of Maya Abdominal Massage?

Maya Abdominal Massage is a non-invasive, external, massage technique. It guides the internal
organs, including the uterus, into their proper position for optimal health and well-being. Maya
massage improves organ function by releasing physical and emotional congestion from the abdomen.
This massage is effective for men and women. It is very effective for infertility and may be adapted
during pregnancy and postpartum.

This ancient Maya healing technique relieves congestion and blockages to improve the flow of energy
and fluids of the circulatory, lymphatic and nervous systems to prevent the progression of chronic
disease. Dr. Rosita Arvigo, DN. developed these techniques, after apprenticing with Don Elision Panti,
the last of the Traditional Maya Shaman in Belize, Central America, where she has lived for over 30
years.
