For (4) taking regular actions (and relationship building);

 Focus time in meetings on discussion & exploring the

issues, make individual commitments about

taking/completing actions outside of meetings.

 Buddy system – one person takes responsibility of

following up, set-up separate meeting to take action.
For Relationship building (3):

 Bimonthly social gatherings

 Groups going together to MP meetings (will help take
regular actions too – 4)

For (1) – skill building / participation / issue learning.

 Share actual experiences with skills i.e. those who

have written an MP letter that was answered talk
about what they did.
 Pro/con debate on the issue to prepare us for
debate/discussion with policymakers and others
 Everyone learn so speak well on the issues and
RESULTS (Nadja to train) – will also help with Recruit
(2)…

For (2) – recruit (Rochelle & Prasad to take lead on

strategy)

 Everyone look for opportunities to build our presence

in community

 Need to talk to the media and get some coverage
