2. DEVELOPMENT PLAN
All associates will have developmental plans that support growth and performance for their
role. Development plans should be established using the 70/20/10 Learning Development
Framework. The development plan will be set by the associate and the line manager. Where
appropriate link development objectives to the Mars Leadership Capability model.
4.1 Objective: Creativity
Move From: Without courage to apply new solutions to every day challenges wich can make my
activity more efficient, not willing to assume risks and prefer to stay into a safe and confort
zone when we talk about challenges and not so open to changes.
Move To: A lot more confident, searching and developing new ideas to challenges, willing to
assume risks and also able to start and develop conversations about challenges coming with

creativity and what involves.
I will write everyday on a
Microsoft Word file daily
questions that i have about

situation i meet into company
and once a month i will go to
Adriana or to another person
wich i think it has the answers
to my questions.
