pblica y/o por el hampa comn que hace que diariamente sean ms de 150 Venezolanos los que mueran
vctimas de robos, asaltos, estafas y secuestros, sin mencionar que ahora somos vctimas de grupos
organizados ya identificados como bachaqueros que son una real plaga producto del desempleo y ante el
oportunismos de algunos enchufaditos y que nada se ha hecho al respecto a pesar de que se anunciaron
ms de 15.000 funcionarios del SUNDEE a desplegarse por toda Venezuela.
Por todo ello, ante tanta injusticia, ante la creciente nomina burocrtica de enchufaditos que se
envisten de cargos, logran los crditos de viviendas y carros, aumentan su CAPITAL e influencias y luego
montan los millares de tarantines o bodegas en nuestras comunidades con los productos de alimentacin,
enceres de primera necesidad de nuestro pueblo a los que se les designo custodiar pro que con la nueva
envestidura se olvidan de la esencia humana del socialismo.
Seguro el 6D a muchos se les olvida que hubo mrtires desde pocas de Bolvar, mrtires que 100
aos despus surgieron y se inmolaron con Hugo Chvez, y ahora cabe preguntarse: Dnde queda su
legado?. Seguro no estn tampoco en los cientos de jueces que han represado miles de expedientes de
demandas, pues para muestra se exponen que laboralmente, civil y penalmente existen en lo Contencioso
Administrativo fallos sin sentencia definitiva desde hace HASTA MS DE 3 AOS, y se escudan en este fallo
en un ocultamiento, silencio administrativo o exponiendo a los ciudadanos que esperan justicia que los
expedientes se encuentran paralizados porque han cambiado a los jueces titularesnada ms morboso
compatriotas, nada ms vil que sentir que entierran la vida a aquellos que ven cmo opera un SOCIALISMO
ASESINO no solo de vida, de sueos, de grandes y pequeos que no ven modelos idneos a a seguir .
Pues bien, existen verdaderos ASESINOS DENTRO DE LA LITE REVOLUCIONARIA que se hacen
llamar rojos rojitos pero que en realidad mimetizan con el verde del Dlar, muchos que ahora son impuestos
a ser elegidos por una bancada de ciudadanos que no han hecho siquiera una campaa digna, si el
Presidente MADURO fue quien relev a CHAVEZ lejos est de querer abrir los ojos, o lo hizo y solo los cerr
para no horrorizarse ms de lo que nosotros como pueblo si vemos a diario. Ser que nada van a resolver
en torno a la economa?...una canasta bsica que supera los 45.000 bs y una inflacin del 800%.
Todos los que tenemos hijos y vemos que solo para trasladarnos diariamente con nuestros hijos a las
escuelas y colegios necesitamos de al menos 600 bs para movilizarnos para llegar a destinos, ms lo que se
pueda gastar en desayunos (150Bs la empanada y 100Bs un jugo), piense ahora que usted y yo no somos
iguales ni tenemos las mismas oportunidades de los enchufaditos a quienes ni siquiera se dignan a bajarse
e los autos concedidos por el Estado Gobierno para pisar el suelo del pueblo al que solicitan su voto; en
serio: cul es la tica de que tanto se habla cuando como sea le imponen a los trabajadores que vayan a
las campaas, que trabajen en el 1 x 10 o que asistan a las tantas reuniones que de paso sean fines de
semana, sin ni siquiera han tenido chance familia de hacer colas para comprar alimentos y que seguro no
son de menos de 8 horas dedicadas a ello, pero en 60 % no encontramos lo que necesitamos.
Es una verdadera tortura convertirnos en nuestros propios verdugos, cuando nos preguntan aquellos
enchufaditos. _ Y bueno, qu prefieren, a nosotros o a los de la oposicin? quiero sealar que esto es lo
que por respuesta se da a cada planteamiento aqu esgrimido. Si lo analizamos bien, no es otra cosa que

establecidas en esta Constitucin. Podrn ser reformadas total o parcialmente. La ley que sea objeto de

En el programa de SE HA DICHO de fecha 20-01-2016, la Dra. tuvo una decisin en el 1er caso
contraria a derecho, por cuanto en el 2do caso se expuso (que pruebas eran las afirmaciones de los
denunciados) mismas que estos profirieran en vivo y quedando ajustadas a derecho....con respeto Dra.
seguro no fu su intencin (mis consideraciones por cuanto me gusta su programa y s que es su mejor
esfuerzo dictar sentencias justas) pero no se percat que al inicio ud misma le pregunta a las partes cual era
el origen del conflicto y ambas reconocen a la Demandante (Sra. humilde que vendi su casa en 120.000
