Application
Star-delta starters without interlock unit for controlling three-phase asynchronous motors:
- for a maximum operational voltage up to 690 V - 50 or 60 Hz
- with an ambient temperature near the devices of < 55 C
- switching frequency / hour, see page 5.

Coordination

required coordination table according to the short-circuit protection device and the coordination type complying with IEC / EN 60947-4-1.

Mounting and Connection Accessory Description

BEY or BED connection sets allow to assemble quickly star-delta starters without interlock unit, with contactors assembled according to a stardelta-line mounting. These accessories eliminate the potential risk of wiring errors, reduce the time required to install and to maintain star-delta
starters. Electrical interlocking is realized with N.C. built-in or add-on auxiliary contacts of both Star and Delta contactors.

Variants
For star-delta starters 7.5 kW up to 37 kW with contactors mounted according to a line-delta-star mounting,
select BEY 16-2, BEY 26-2 and BEY 40-2 connection sets.
