Wider color gamut is achieved with Six-color Process Printing including Orange & Green
ink
-A wider color gamut which previously could not be achieved with conventional 4-color (CMYK) Process
Printing is attained, allowing effective reproduction of corporate colors such as company logos.
- Brilliant orange and green inks reproduce vibrant pastel colors, which are ideal for colorful posters and
POPs for food industry products.
- Spot color reproduction is improved, which enables production of excellent design package proofs in
cases where designs require spot colors.
High density black ink and improved glossiness deliver rich and contrasting details
- By increasing the density of black ink, sharper, richer details are attained.
- The improved glossiness creates more vivid colors.
White ink which expands the range of applications is supported with the white ink
circulation system
- A white ink layer provides more vivid color results on transparent substrates such as window film and
shatterproof film, which meet a wide variety of needs in the sign graphics industry.

Low Smell & VOCs
- New Aqueous Durable (Latex) Ink has very low emission of VOCs (volatile organic compound)
and it is no-smell unlike solvent ink, so that customer is not required to especially ventilating
environment in that room
- Reduces the operators health load.
Eco-friendly ink cartridge
- Ink-cartridges can be used repeatedly by changing ink packs. This eco-cartridge methodology
contribute to waste reduction and can provide ink at lower prices

Prior to installation
Because of the size of the Pro L4130/L4160, arrangements should be made to visit the customer site
prior to any machine installation takes place. During this visit the following items have to be reviewed
for proper scheduling of delivery staff and equipment:
Confirm if a load dock is available at the site or if this would be a street level delivery
Confirm 36 inch doors are available throughout the delivery path within the building
Confirm any hallways and stairways are conducive to maneuvering the unit to its final destination
If elevators are necessary for delivery we need dimensions of the elevator
Angles of stairways and size of landing spaces when an elevator cannot be used
IMPORTANT: Always assure these steps above are followed prior to shipping any equipment!

1. The yield figures in the above table are based on the following conditions:
Environment
User maintenance
Temperature: 20 ~ 30C
Temperature change: 10C/h or less
Humidity: 35 ~ 65%RH
Altitude: 2,000 m or lower
The yield for the print heads is one year, which assumes that the
user performs the user maintenance as recommended /
instructed. As mentioned above, if this is not done, the yield of
the print heads will decrease. Please stress this point during
your explanation to the user, and provide them with the proper
instructions.
Criteria for replacement of the Main Scan Motor would include damage to the drive pulley, noise or
pulsing during operation.
Criteria for replacement of the Print Heads (M1533048), the head is considered to be in need
of replacement when 1-11 print Nozzles or more are unrecoverably blocked and can no
longer be masked through the use of the Nozzle Recovery modes through the operator
panel.
