2. INTRODUCCIN

En este segundo momento de nuestra formacin en la competencia de ingls,

entramos a trabajar unas estructuras gramaticales que son muy tiles en nuestra vida
cotidiana y la vida profesional. A diario nos encontramos con tareas y retos para
brindar informacin sobre cmo realizar alguna tarea especfica y requerimos de
nuestro dominio en el idioma para comunicar nuestras ideas al pblico.
El uso de imperativos en el idioma ingls, involucra en esta gua de aprendizaje el
desempeo de actividades cotidianas como dar direcciones, aprender vocabulario de
preposiciones y adjetivos posesivos que sern la base practica para poder despus
brindar argumentos e indicaciones para desempear actividades en el desarrollo de
procesos contables en un determinado negocio.

3. ESTRUCTURACION DIDACTICA DE LAS ACTIVIDADES DE APRENDIZAJE

3.1 Actividades de Reflexin inicial.

Imagine you decided to take start your own business or buy an existing one.
You are an expert in the field that you are undertaking but you know that
carrying a bookkeeping and accounting are keystones for the success of the
business and you have to stablish the parameters of operation and registry.
Accordingly, you should keep in mind certain ideas to plan the way you will
carry this important process, and we can mention some of them here. Read
them aloud and share new ideas with your partners.

Put off establishing a relationship with a banker until you need financing.
Never commingle personal and business assets that includes cash.
Before you open the doors on your business, consult with an accountant
that is familiar with your industry before you start.
Determine what accounting software program works best for your

business; there are many software program choices on the market.

Check the ideas given in the previous task about bookkeeping in your
business. Discuss with your partners and tell which of them must be done
and which ones mustnt. Can you transform then using the proper
imperative (negative or affirmative).
Add some more ideas if possible to the list.
3.3 Actividades de apropiacin del conocimiento (Conceptualizacin y
Teorizacin).
1. Vocabulary: Using the following list of words create glossary in slides that
must contain Word pronunciation button and example of simple present
sentences for each word.
Asset, Authorise, daybooks, double entry bookkepping, single entry
bookkeeping, ensure, expenditure, income, liability, T-accounts.
2. Grammar: research about the use and elaboration of commands by using the
imperatives. Then write a recipe of your favorite food that must contain the
following vocabulary.

3. Download the document Dinner Party Dos and Donts. Work in groups of 3 to
complete the following chart with the imperatives that express the things we
have to do in a party and the things we dont.

4. Download the image Downtown Map from platform and observe the vocabulary
of places. Prepare a list of verbs and prepositions of place that you consider
must be used to give directions in the map. Prepare yourself to give to your
partners directions to move from the different points indicated by your
instructor.
5. Use the document Possessive Adjectives from platform. Work in couples to
complete the exercises with the members of the family. Finally, write a
description of a photo where you show member of your family or friends,
describe their relations using the possessive adjectives studied.
6. Download the Hey Jude songs lyrics from the platform and look for the
possessive adjectives used there; extract the samples and write them on the
board. Then, listen to the song and complete the gaps with the vocabulary
provided by your instructor in class.

Actividades de transferencia del conocimiento.

1. Think about the processes you have to develop on accounting when
settling your new business. Then create a chart with the Dos and
Donts for carrying bookkeeping in your business with at least 7
ideas for each category.
Add a short introduction to your paper and remember to use the
forms of the imperatives to do the task.
2. Prepare a video where you give the presentation of your work in
Bookkeeping for Business. This task can be developed in couples
and you have to be sure to use the proper pronunciation and an
adequate fluency.
