Enjoyed reading the Wise as Serpents (but do wish people would do a spell check
when they put articles on the web for people to read)! It told a great story and
showed the truth.
I did have one question though...when the writer said:
"She then went into the car, and took out her daughter’s pants, with dirt stains
on both knees, and quickly washed them". I don t think I have ever heard the pa
rt about dirt stains on both knees, have you all?

So, the notes don t contain a confession, eh? Well, I would like to see them ana
lyzed by a professional. Casey speaks in sociopathic language that no one can
understand (except George, Cindy and Lee). She was able to tell them where Cayle
e was located in the woods near home without coming right out and saying it.
They have been dealing with her little secret games and wording all their life.
They, for some reason, excepted this f d up behavior as ok. That is until it go
t out of hand and she asphyxiated her baby and threw her out like trash.
I bet you that someone will be able to read between the lines with what the evil
psychopath wrote to someone.
I think this is why the ANTS quit talking to her, because we figured out their f
amily code crap they created to deal with Casey and her strangeness! Why would a
nyone excuse behavior like that and try to pass it off as normal??? Because Cind
y wanted everything to appear normal.....
Also, I wanted to mention this...does anyone remember in the depositions when Ci
ndy tells the lawyers something to the effect of don t touch me that is assaul
t and battery, I know my rights ?

I agree as far as George having an affair with River... She was easy access and
at the time, it was just a short time since he was planning on leaving Cindy. Na
ncy is up to her old tricks of using a new photo of her, but all re-runs yesterd
ay, think it was yesterday, of the depo with Cindy chomping her gum like a cow a
nd not answering questions. It was mentioned to her that George was planning on
leaving, then Caylee went missing. At Casey s last hearing, did anyone else noti
ce that C*G hardly spoke? Did not touch. Cindy mentioned something to George and
left the courtroom for a minute or so, but it was obvious they were not speakin
g to each other. No touching, Cindy talking to others but not George. This was a
fter the River thing came out. I think she knows it is true also. I do see a div
orce coming, most likely when Casey is sent to the big-girl house. But George wa
s ready for an affair to build his ego up, and River seemed to be just as needy.
The sister? She seems to be in it for her 15 seconds of fame.
AND YEAH! The defense is requesting things that they never pick up! Now lets see
them do that with the taxpayers paying the bill. They got their way there, but
let us see if they are allowed to continue wasting time and money.

JMo.. LOL! I DO remember that, thinking are you nuts? That is not assult to just
touch someone. It is if you are being hurt or assulted, but just to touch your
arm? She truly is nuts. When I had to rewatch that the other night, I was asking
myself, does she *Cindy* cringe when she sees herself acting like a 3 year old?
Chomping like a cow on her gum. BTW, I thought gum was not allowed in court. Bu
t yes, I was laughing at that one. She has, I believe, been told her rights, but
someone was dead wrong on that one! And I did notice, watching that for the 56t
h time, that she was being told at times by Conway, to answer or something as sh
e would. I think even her lawyer was getting agitated by her actions. It made me
want to slap her and tell her to shup up or answer!..
I went back and counted the day from the ruling on the letters 15 day would make
it April 8th so I think the news is wrong on the deadline we will see. I do not
believe they count the weekend days as part of the 15 days.

What about the 12 y/o in Greeley Co. that has vanished last Sunday. That s not t

I found something odd about that mother of Kayleah too. I would be hysterical an
d someone would have to speak for me. And now that my daughter has a daughter, s
he sees the fear I always was told was "unfair".. I can now ask her if she would
let Libby just walk to her friends and stay until 10:00...Uh, NO. She at least
sees now why I was the way I was. I was always fearful. I know I mentioned to yo
u all that down our driveway and across the street lives a sexual pervert. Daugh
ter found him on the Internet at work one day. So she would just let her play ou
tside now? Uh, NO! Only good thing out of this is now she sees why I was the Mom
I was.
And that girl is 12. She looks 16. That is another thing. due to whatever now, g
irls are developing faster and look so much older than they are. And due to what
ever now, they feel they should be allowed to do more than we ever would have be
en allowed back in the so called "safer" days.. I made my 16 year old son be hom
e at 5:00 PM. YES it was overboard, but I could not sleep until everyone was hom
e. Still that way.
Again with daughter. Someday she will want to date. I have already informed her,
due to the baby s wonderful father and his long prison record, I will pay to ha
ve a PI do a search on anyone she gets serious with. Can t be too careful anymor

u do not know wahat time I come in, I said I am sorry but I hear you. So one nig
ht I laid Squeaky Laytex dog toys all across the living room floor, well needles

I also took his vehicle away for being late after one warning, I took the keys f

LOL Rascal. I know my son at 16 had the novel idea of sneaking out his bedroom w
indow. Well, natually I checked on them every night. So when I saw he was out wh
en I said no, I just locked the window. LOL. I was sitting there when he tried o
ver and over to open the window, to no avail. He did not see me. Finally he had
to go to the front door and knock. His room was in the back of the house, the fr
ont door in the front of the house. I watched him try every window first, and wh
en he came to the front door he could see my face in the window. I made him stan
d there for about 15 minutes.. It was funny later, and yes, he tried it again. T
hat time he got to sit in the rain for an hour.. We also locked the garage.. lol
.. YES, this same son is still home. hahaha... Gee, funny memory, thanks!
Too bad we did not have a dog! That was a good one.

Hi mates. I have the day off today so I spent the morning in my jammies watching
Bozo and NeJame go at each other in court...lol. Rascal, I agree with you that
this hearing was a total waste of time. I guess this is Bozo & Co. trying to put
together another reasonable doubt defense (what happened to Kronk? Or Zanny?).
If they would have picked a story and stuck with it (lol), then MAYBE they wou
ld ve had a shot. All of this finger-pointing in a hundred different directions
is what the jury will see not as reasonable doubt of guilt but as a reason to
doubt Casey s innocence!
I ve been out of the loop the past several weeks, so I m just now catching up on
Georgie s affair and all that - plus I had no idea that a new attorney has join
ed the DUHfense (Mason seems like a clown too, but he is actually pretty eloquen
t compared to Bozo and Lyings). Anyway, I just saw Bozo being interviewed on Tru
TV re: the letters and he had the nerve to say that the jail allowing Casey an
d this other inmate to communicate was unacceptable ...um, how about telling yo
ur client that instead of just blaming the jail employee who may have been invol
ved in passing the letters?? Nothing is ever dear Casey s fault! And again, this
is a prime example of how Casey is her own worst enemy. Don t you think anythin
g you say or write CAN and WILL be used against you in a court of law, moron?! S
he is doing whatever she wants and letting other people clean up her mess, as al
ways! Bozo said that there is nothing incriminating in the letters, that they di
scuss things like jail food, what Casey and the other inmate want to do when the
y get out of jail (ha!), etc...but that Casey will likely be criticized for so
me of the content of the letters. Hmmm...

I read part of the letters. Interesting how she recants the sexual abuse by Le
e and George....and how Cindy turned it all around to be Casey s fault.
This is an oh too typical scenario in families of abuse. It makes the abused per
son feel worthless, etc.. It really does a lot of damage when the blame is place
d on the person being abused.
Also interesting is her telling about Jesse and his family. Yet another situatio
n of where she feels the same way. A loss of control. I think this is where this
type of person might step outside the boundaries and take whatever control they
can get....even if it means taking Caylee from them, because she knew how much
they all loved her. Just my thoughts.

After reading through a few hundred pages of the drivel I ve gotta say, I like t
his Robyn a.k.a Cookie.
According the the letters the guard was also allowing Robin out of her cell at 3
am to visit with Casey. I have always wondered where the hell are the video came
ras in this jail, where is the security. Where is the person that should be watc
hing the monitors. Something is not right that this is going on.
Since letters were passed from Casey to Baez to give to Caseys parents and email
s from Cindy to Casey. Could this be the reason rules on Laptop will change. I k
new this would happen I said that in the beginning. I know that is how Casey wat
ched the memorial threw the built in web cam on Bozos computer. That is why Lee
was kissing his arm and saying I love you CMA. Now that Casey throws George and
Lee under the bus in her letters for sexual abuse that is if you believe her. An
d Casey says her Mom called her a Whore for having sex with 7 guys. Wow I think
that count is way off I doubt Casey could count them on her fingers and toes. An
d the news on HLN about Casey using Chloroform on Caylee in a written statement
from Robin. Now is that why the letters were sealed right away. Acording to Robi
n she mailed that letter to a friend for safe keeping, lets hope LE was able to
retrieve that letter. It this is all true that should seal the deal on Casey for
the State.

Casey is, as we know, a liar. I don t for one second believe her brother or fath
er sexually abused her. And I am normally for the victim. She has lied about eve
rything and everyone. And she woke up to her sports bar over her chest, or if a
bra it was unhooked. Uh, if you are not totally knocked out on drugs, you mean t
o say you would not wake up if someone lifted you up to unhook your bra? Bullpuc
ky. She is making that up, the same way she said SIndy brought home the cholorfo
rm. Bullpucky. I heard on NG they, CA and her friend, lol, were talking through
the a/c vents and duct work. It apparently works like a phone. She throws her pa
rents and brother under the bus like we knew would happen. Like a caller said, I
F Lee and George molested her, why would she leave her daughter in their care? S
he would not, then again it is obvious she cared nothing for anyone but Casey!

Well sexual abuse has no age or time limit, so if she claims it, they will have
to investigate it.
Also, a pen is one of the most dangerous items in a jail, as it can be used as a
weapon. If someone loses their pen, they do a search, etc. So, it is really odd
to me to hear that she had a personal pen to use. I m sure she wasn t supervise
d while writing her letters.
Well, wonder what happened when these two visited, after all Casey did ask her t
o be her Valentine. Hmmm.
I personally think there is a lot of incriminating information in those letters.
Baezhole can try and brush it off all he wants.
The way some of the wording is in the letters, leads me to believe she has a bor
derline personality trait. It is very gamey conversation. Also, I like the way s
he says "the real Zenaida"....lol, she s been listening to Cindy for way too l
ong.
From the letters Robyn wrote to her friend on the outside, it seems to me like t
he guard was allowing the 3am visits with the hopes that Casey would confide in
Robyn. If Casey had done that then Robyn could have bargained for an early relea
se based on her testimony & the state would have their confession from Casey. Wh
o s to say it s not video taped? It could be & we just haven t seen it yet. In m
y opinion, the guard was probably following orders from a "higher up" allowing t
he visits in hopes of getting Casey to break.
In Robyn s letters to her friend on the outside she was saying "somethings not r
ight with this girl" & "I hate to betray her trust because I m the only friend s
he has but she s not acting right". I think this was a set up. The guards allowe
d the passing of notes & the visits to get a break in the case.

Not sure about that JMO. I only read the letters, none of the reports about Roby
n. It sounds like Robyn & her hubby Clay are in for dealing drugs.
Oh there were 2 different girls who Casey was writing to, so possibly the OTHER
girl is a wife of a cop. Haven t seen the letters to her.
I wonder how Casey feels about her friend Robyn now? The thing that really sucks
is that she won t talk to anyone now. She ll always be leery of her jailhouse "
friends". I sure wish they could have gotten a full confession out of her before
this went public.
Robin is in prison for drugs her husband was a police officer he is also in pris
on. The other girl was in for choking a teenager to death, wonderful friends Cas
ey choose she calls them her new sisters.
One thing I for got to note is Casey does say in the letter she knocked Casey ou
t at nnight so she could go party, now she does not state what she used to knock
Caylee out.
I do not believe the crap she is saying either about sexual abuse, she has lied
so much hard to beleive anything.
The other thing is that it came up that the Day Caylee s remains were found and
Casey heard this she stated about Caylee being in a blanket and trash bag, no on
e knew this at that point except the killer. This information had not been on th
e news so how else would she have known this. The Chaplin said he did not know b
ut Casey knew this is very telling.

Well, it s just another mark against the fair trial issue. It is tampering with
the case. I would think no matter what is on those letters, it was obtained in a
n illegal sense or in a wrongful way and would of been thrown out. This jail gua
rd is an idiot. I doubt she passed the notes or aided them in whatever they did,
just because Casey is such a sweet innocent girl and is lonely. I bet she thoug
ht she could get Casey to put something in writing and so did one of the inmates
. Remember they tried to get the video of Casey s reaction thrown out, because t
hey thought it was obtained unlawfully. It showed her reactions when someone fou
nd the burial spot, but didn t say who was found there. I still don t know if th
ey can use that against her or not. But passing notes and letters like they just
did was something that should of never occured.
Yes, this will make Casey clam up for sure.

Anything in a inmates cell or passed to another inmate can be taken legal. What
was illegal is the fact that letters were allowed to be passed. Normally they do
cell searches for illegal contraband why this was not done I do not know.

or sure. I bet they throw it all out. But then again, who knows. They took that
video legally and they tried to throw that out.
Pens are a known weapon, yet she was given one.

So, River admits there was never a sexual relationship with George. Good grief
. He probably used her as a place to escape from the house being bugged and some
one to talk to. Sorry, but that is not an extramarital affair in my book and d
oesn t make you a mistress ! I think River is beyond delusional and was seeking
attention. She is making it something it is not and so is her sister. There was
no "affair". I think she is unstable mentally and that is why the suicide atte
mpt , if that was even real either. I think the news took something and helped h
er blow it out of proportion.
Obviously, Casey is a very sick girl. She is living in a delusional fantasy worl
d. Cindy allowed her to all of her life, starting when she claimed the dog was n
ot hers when it tore up the neighbors garden. LMAO, thinking about the battery a
cid running through Cindy s veins....Yikes indeed.
Momster writing about chloroform and talking about it are 2 different things. I
have not read everything so can someone tell me if she wrote it in her letter (s
) or not? If not, it seems like a mute point in court even though we know the tr
uth.

When I watched the video, it showed the word chloroform highlighted in yellow on
the notes, so I think it may be both places. Geez, lets hope so! Bad part is, s
he claims Cindy brought it home from work....which, I can not imagine a nursing
home having access to a general anesthetic. It would of had to of come from a ho

As far as the sexual abuse by Lee, who of us, not you steve, lol, would not wake

Can you imagine the guilt that the parents feel right now for their sons that
were abused by this guy? OMG, I would be devastated as a mother to find that out

I pulled my son out of one Scout troop because the leader abused his kid in fron
t of the other kids. And I reported him. And they voted the leader out and I was
so glad. He made his kid hike in his tighty whities to embarase him. I found a
troop closer to home and my son Made Eagle Scout.
He was the boys step dad and he hated the youngest kid.

Sad, but too many people use the boy scouts as a babysitter. Same with baseball,
etc. When I coached a boys baseball team, none of the parents stayed for the tw
o hour practice. They didn t even come to the games. They would dump them off on
the field and then sometimes not even show back up to get them. I spent a lot o
f time car pooling and giving rides.
Then people wonder why they don t know what is happening in their child s lives.
I hope these people find peace within themselves and can move forward.

Thank you Rascal! I manage my oldest ones 11 year old Little League in Sherman O
aks and do find that with many parents they treat it as a babysitting service. T
hat is a shame. Heck, I am sure I do not mind it as much as their child does and
always remembered growing up my family ALWAYS being there. Especially at games!
! The % is about 3/11 that do this and that is why I make it a point every seaso
n to draft "families" over a child who has the ability. It also makes for a grea
t unit of people. I almost use my Jewish guilt at times with my every other day
emails to all of them and trying to keep everyone involved in "our" team. I figu
re that we spend 5 months together so we might as well be on the same page and k
eep that open door policy with everyone. Even the kids. My best friend has a dan
ce studio right up the road and has a very "Hollywood type clientele. I am not a
name dropper but you all have heard of these people and she runs into the same
type of situation with the parents just dropping them off and picking them up wh
enever. These parents will regret it but are too dumb to realize it.

Well, the psychologist thinks Casey shows signs of sexual abuse. I have to say I
agree with him. Some of the ways she expresses her feelings, could only be felt
by someone who had actually experienced it (again, my opinion). I don t know wh
at happened, but I don t think George and Lee are innocent parties by any means
and I sure think Cindy is the type to try and deny anything that could paint an
ugly picture of her family.
I guess I would definitely say Casey is Borderline and Dissociative, but who kno

I found this comment posted by another blogger at Topix & thought I d share it.
I don t know if this is someone trying to get an internet rumor started or someo
ne that actually has inside information. I believe the state attorney s office h
as been looking into the Ant family shenanigans & will eventually file charges.
Letting this group of lying con artist get away with all they have done will onl
y send the message to others that lying & obstructing justice is acceptable. Mar
tha Stewart went to prison for lying to the FBI about stock transactions & IMO t
hat is no where near as bad as what the Ant family has done.
Cindy gave the FBI the wrong hairbrush when they needed a sample for a DNA match
for Caylee. I believe George lied about the last day he saw Caylee with Casey.
No one would remember that much detail about what their daughter & granddaughter
were wearing especially when first asked none of them could remember the last d
ay that they had seen them. I also believe that they were behind that photo of t
he little girl taken at Florida Mall. Cindy also talked to that man at the tow y
ard after LE had interviewed him & George talked to the neighbor that Casey borr
owed the shovel from, if they tried to get one of them to rethink their statemen
ts to LE that would be tampering with a witness. Also both of them removed evide
nce from the car when they knew based on their backgrounds that a body had been
in that trunk. Based on where LE found items during their searches of the Ant ho
me, I believe that LE knew they were trying to hide certain items. Those garbage
bags & the canvas laundry bag that matched the one found with Caylee s remains
where located in places in the garage that most people wouldn t have put them in
unless they didn t want them found. As far as falsifying documents, I m not sur
e where that is coming from but LE & the state attorney s office must know a lot
more than we do. When & if these charges come down it will be very interesting.

The ticker tape at the bottom of the screen said "toddlers left in car for 48 ho
urs while dad parties". Nancy was ripping this dad apart for being "on a binge"
while his toddlers were locked in a car for the whole weekend. Then she plays a
911 call from the person reporting it. She flashed mugshots of the dad on the sc
reen. She goes to a journalist to explain whats going on. The journalist says "w
ell the kids are ages 6 & 8 & they were left in the car for about 40 to 45 minut
es." Nancy totally disregards what he says & goes to someone else & again she sa
ys they were left in the car for 48 hours.
She doesn t report the news, she creates it.
Don t get me wrong, The dad shouldn t have put his kids in that situation at all
. He deserves to get his punishment & the bad publicity that goes along with it.

NG is getting to me too, but from what I heard, it was 2 days and it was Dad AND
Uncle. AND they were something like 4 and 6. Younger than 8. I know and 8 year
old would not just sit there for days, but would get out and go get dad. Or call
. But yes, she is never on anymore, just took over a week vacation, was gone aga
in on Friday.. She seems to be getting meaner to her guests. I think the lawyers
she bashes do know it is coming. part of the show. But what gets to me, is the

I hope this stuff is on the up and up. That FBI guy seems to be looking for his
15 minutes of fame for sure. There was no need for him to say anything, I think.
I am so leary of the Media and the garbage they report just to get the headlines
. It seems that depending on what article you read, the information is all diffe
rent.
I think Mistery has been saying all along that Tommy and Joe had something to do
with it and to check them out. So to me, that is nothing new.
Its possible that Joe took her and Tommy drove the van and Mistery went with the

I thought more about that cinderblock by the back door that they had never seen
before....and wondered if someone had gotten one from their car and put it there
and then used the same type of cinder block to hold Haliegh down in the water..
.maybe with a rope tied to it?
My other thought is that they could of all been partying down on that dock tha
t night and Haleigh disappeared by falling in the water and drowning. Maybe they
couldn t find her, so they paniked and left, went home, made up the story? Or p

It is all so crazy and twisted. Joe seems like a sociopath who gets nervous and

ut still think it is something in her subconscious that is hiding. Maybe the two
people (one Mistery cared about hurting is(grandma) and the other she didn t ca
re about hurting(is Joe)?
There has to be some severe mental destruction with Mistery s brain for her to k
eep this all a secret. She is like Casey, she lives in a fantasy world of delusi
ons. Too bad Haliegh had to suffer because of it.

My other theory is that Mistery had the kids out that night and was partying. Sh
e went to meet Joe to give him the gun in exchange for the drugs. The gun went o
ff, killing Haleigh. So they tossed the gun and Haleigh in the water? The area i
s so remote, no one would of ever known.
Or she Od d on some drugs that night (partying at the dock) and they dumped her
in the water and no one wants to claim responsibility.
I still think all three were involved, one way or the other, killing or desposin

Steve, I am with you I do believe! I think MISTY is 100% involved with this. It
is odd and just my opinion, but that grandma does not seem to care for her grand
son "Joe". If you watched her today on the NG show, it is odd. She blames him, b
ut behind her chair, on purpose I believe, is a 8x10 photo of her daughter AND M
ISTY!. It was as if they set her chair right in front of that picture. She also
goes to visit Misty at jail constantly. Just seemed odd to me she then said she
thinks "Misty had nothing to do with Haleigh s disappearance".. HUH? So at this
stage, I am not a bit impressed with Grandma or Cousin Joe. I still say Misty ha
s something to do with that little girls death. She won t blame her brother, but
cousin Joe? why not? And if he was guilty of something, he would have been take

Isn t that crazy,,,,I just mentioned in my post about the cinder block with a ro
pe tied to it. I didn t see anything about that till now, reading the post you j

Either they were partying out there or they took her body out there in that van
(thus the scratches on it driving through the woods like someone did). Misty men
tioned those the beginning of the case and that the van was not where she left i
t after getting Haleigh from school.
That is coming to light now, but if she had something to do with it, why would s
he incriminate herself early on? This was a fact she was stating in the beginnin
g. Also, what about the dumpster that the dogs hit on???? I think they first thr
ew her in there and then took her out and took her to the river.

Yes. Well, I think they have ended the search at the dock. At least that s what
I heard the detective say. Why weren t their fingerprints on the doors or the ci
nderblock at the house? I just don t understand that. I wonder too if Joe might
of drugged Misty up with (the date rape drug) that wipes out your memory? Maybe
he is counting on her never remembering? Sorry, I just really think he is guilty

Just got home. See the BS continues with Haleigh case...he said, she said, etc.
I sure hope the phone calls are recorded like Rascal said. I hope Grandma is pla
ying with a full deck! Two reports start her sentence out with "Tied a yellow ro
pe...." but doesn t put a person s name in front of it, which is odd to me. WHO
tied a yellow rope, etc....???? Maybe she thinks she is helping? and she has the
info twisted? Or maybe everyone is interpreting it the way they want to?
As far as Baezhole, he makes me want to puke! Who care if Strickland is friends
with a blogger??? Serious??!!! He should be lucky he has had strickland, cause I

I don t believe Granny. As far as the van..The person who borrowed it was Misty
s sister in law. She was on NG tonight. She said Tommy lent it to her, but when
she woke up it was moved with the scratch on it. And I picked up on Granny and M
isty telling her this and that. Those calls are taped. We have seen tons of them
. Misty knows they are and would never say anything. Just hints like Casey. I am
not sure about Joe. I still think it was Misty that got mad as she had been on
a 3 day drug/sex/drinking binge and the last thing she wanted was a whiny kid bu

Another thing odd. When asked how ron is doing, his attorney said he is holding
up really well and just dealing with it. Shows him coming out of the jail when C

ed. One reason to marry Misty. She is usually very good.
The found 2 cinder blocks, but no rope. Unless they are not speaking. They are n
ot even confirming the blocks. But news folk seen them pulled out.
And back to Granny. Why is she so sticking up for her two grandkids, but throwin
g Joe under the bus just on Misty s word? I can see if she had proof, but a lyin

h it. ODD! As we all know she did.

Baez makes something out of nothing again. He just keeps showing his stupidity o
ver and over. Im so over him and his circus antics.
I don t really know what to think about the prior events to Haleigh becoming mis
sing, but whatever happened, I really think they tried to put Haleigh in the dum
pster and that didn t work and then took her to the river and dumped her. I mean
that has been the only two identifiable things so far to go off of. There are s
o many other possibilities as to what could of happened before that. As far as a
fterwards, they have lied their asses off.
My thoughts on Misty: I know from the beginning Misty has told things conflictin
g, but I think she is pulling things from her memory from while in a drunken, dr
ug induced state. She remembers Joe and Tommy being in the house that night (she
told LE that), she remembers the van being moved from where she left it (she to
ld LE that), she said that there was a scratch down the van and had leaves and b
ranches stuck in the headlight (she told LE that). I think the rest is what her
mind is thinking, but not real clear. I think all along she had told LE that Joe
molested her while a child. She told LE that Joe came over to get a gun from Ro
nald. She has said repeatedly to look at someone other than her. Now she is tell
ing them about the river. Maybe she knew all along or maybe she is recalling
Misty may be totally responsible, who knows at this point. But I think that mayb
e Misty has been afraid to say what she might know, because it is not real clear
in her head....I think her poly s show that. I also think she has a lot of othe
r fears too. Maybe she is afraid that she did it and doesn t remember? That woul
d clam up most people.
I just hope they figure this out soon.
I also think Haleigh was in that dumpster at one point, that is why the dogs hit
there. Misty is not only recally she was pointing the area out she was there sh
e had to be. She is just as involved as who ever else was there, they have all l
ied. The other thing you can hear ron on the 911 call say you let them take my k
id bitch, who did he mean when he said them. It tells me he knew a lot more then
he ever told.
The other thing remember Misty washed Haleighs blanket the night she wennt missi
ng, therre was no soap in the house that is why the Grandma washed cloths and br
ought them by the trailer. But Ron had money for beer and ciggs that night, show
s what was important to him not clean cloths for the family. ANd the excuse was
she washed the blanket because Haleigh pd it the night before, so you wait till
bed time to wash the kids blanket something is not right.

Again from what Tommy s wife I think, Chelsea Cummings, SHE HAD THE VAN! Not Mis
ty. She said, Chelsea, that she woke up and it was not where SHE parked it and t
he scratch. But from everything I have heard, it was not Misty that borrowed the
van. I was young once and did the bad things. Drinking and all, yet I never for
got anything that happened. And to say you forgot all these months, then all of
a sudden blame Cousin Joe? That seems not right, and when I saw him on TV sittin
g there he just seems so downright puny! He would of had to have help, especiall
y if he was drunk..Regarding the cinder blocks, they think putting them against
the back door was done to "stage" the taking of Haleigh. And apparently there ar
e tons of those blocks all around the house.
I am still wondering about Ron s total lack of emotion leaving the Sheriff s off
ice that day, and his lawyer saying he was holding up really well. Well, I would
not be. And no one else was either but him. I think we are still in for a ride
on this one.
And yes, I think as does LE, she was killed in the trailer. So most likely while
thinking and drunk/drugged up, the put her in the dumpster. They had enough pre
sence of mind to know that is the first place that would be searched, so she was
moved. No rope found unless they are not releasing it yet, as they never confir
med the blocks. Media spotted them being taken out.
Sad to say, but I think she was eaten by the alligators there. They will never f
ind any bones. Possible to find something I hope! I just want her to have justic
e. When I heard about the gators, I realized if true, she will never even get to
be buried. Sad and all involved should fry. ALL of them involved. I am sort of
stunned at Misty s dad. He seems to truly want to know what happened and if Mist
y is involved to speak out. It just brought it home. These folks knew her throug
h Misty, yet she is so loved! Even Misty s dad! She must have been one special l
ittle girl. So sad. I am in a sad mood today. No reason really, and then I think
of this and get sadder. is this what our world is coming to, OR is the world st

I did go there and the audio is so bad, hard to make out a lot of it. I want to

I went back and listened, 2, 3 and 4 are better the first one i really had troub

That first tape, you can hear Ron saying that Joe and Tommy had taken the kids d
own at the dock fishing and it got late. Joe said to Tommy (per Ron), this woul
d be a good place to kill somebody. You could throw them over in the water and t
he alligators would take care of the rest.
I think this was when he was first interviewed. He said Joe was in the house...g
ave Joe s name. He said that he was 75% sure Joe...something or the other, but h
e wasn t totally sure.
He also said that Nay nay came over and took Misty to have sex with White Boy Gr

Ok, not positive, but sounds like he is (in the 2nd tape) talking about a prosti
tution ring and some guy who was doing him wrong. He said, "he s was always comi
ng over and stealing my bitches". Yikes. Maybe that guy sent someone over to get
Misty and took Haleigh because she wouldn t go? Who knows.
Also, the cop is asking him for Joe s address so he can investigate him. He says
that Joe high tailed it to Tennessee right when Haleigh went missing. (Very Sus
picious)

Tape 3....Ron says HE picked up Haleigh at the bus stop. He says Haliegh sat on
his lap on the way home and steered the car down the dirt road, turned on the le
ft blinker. He gave his son, daughter and misty a kiss and left for work".
The cop says, well, "Im glad Misty wasn t driving that Van and put scratches all
down the side". The cop says, "I think Joe was driving the MF van"! Ron says th
at he knows that Misty was not allowed to drive the van!
Surely they have interviewed the bus driver, eh??? The other kids usually notice
who picks up each other too.

Tape 4. Cop says, "Joe was staying at Timmy s. Timmy says he woke up at 1:00 in
the morning and Joe was not there."
HMMMMM, that s the first Ive heard that one. Anyway, that was the conversation t
hat led into the info about the Van. Then Ron said, "the Van wasn t there either
"! (I think they live next door or across the street where they can see this stu
ff?)
Anyway, there were witnesses who saw Haleigh playing in the yard that evening, e
tc. and Joe and Tommy were there.
Ron was at work (that was already proven), so that blows the theory of Ron doing
something before he went to work.
He went to the conviencene store (about a mile or so out of the way to his house
) on his way home that night to get cigarettes, etc.
Sorry, but everyone of those tapes implicates Joe being the culprit. I think Ron
suspected him from the beginning, but could only be 75% sure. I think given his
background, he may of known to wait and make sure who it was before acting on i
t. He says he wasn t going to go after him and then spend the rest of his life i
n prison based on 75% guess and wonder who the other 25% might of been.
I can totally see that. You wouldn t want to be in jail for killing a guy you we
ren t "sure" did it and then think the killer could still be out free. I think h
e has been biding his time. Could be wrong though......maybe he did it. Maybe
Misty wasn t real clear either with her drugged up head as to what happened. Sad
Haleigh had to be around this.
This really puts a twist on it in a different direction. I ve never heard of suc
h a mess like this. Its really a big mystery...especially when people keep sayin
g that "you won t believe who did it"!
I just think if they were all in on it, then why would they be ratting each othe
r out? They would stick together, I would think.
The cops should of done all of this a long time ago....poor Haleigh. These peopl
e were her family and guardians. Sad.

When I click on it, it throws a virus on my computer and shuts it down. Oh well,
better safe than sorry.
However, just thinking about this case can make you dizzy. So, since the stories
all just keep changing and changing, etc., I thought that maybe the cops weren
t searching deep enough.
So, here are some thoughts....
1. Didn t Misty call her brother Timmy, before she called 911?
He sure seemed to high tail it out of there too and now Chelsea is sure taking u
p for him. I don t think Ive ever heard him talk or say what he was doing that n
ight?
2. Seems Misty has implicated Joe to Ron from the beginning and made Ron beleive
her story.
I think Misty would do Anything to protect Ron. Not in the sense that he did it
and she is protecting him, but in the sense that she loves him and if he ever fo
und out she wasn t there with his kids that night, he wouldn t love her anymore
or would hate her, and she couldn t handle that.
3. I find it convienent that Nay Nay supposedly got Misty out of the house tha
t night and took her to a party to do drugs and set her up for sex with White Bo
y Greg! I mean she was really drugged up good. Hmmmm, maybe so good, that this w
as an opportunity to take Haliegh. Maybe the person who took her, didn t have a
beef with Ron, but had one with Misty?? They maybe should look at who Misty has
pissed off??
Also, remember that letter that Nay nay wrote telling all? She knew damn well th
at letter would be read. Maybe it was an evil payback.
4. Ron seems to be staying out of the picture while in jail and he seems to have
a different look to him. To me it is one of resolve . Which tells me something
. Either, he is back in the mode of I want the person who did this OR maybe he
knows he is in trouble too. HOWEVER, I think that the police needed to find a
way to MAKE Misty talk. The drug bust seemed more like a sting to me. I think
we may find out that Ron and the Equesearch gal were set up to take the fall to
make it all look real with Misty and Tommy. I mean, think about it. Ron is a wh
ole lot smarter than that....he knows the cops are watchin , he wants who took h
is daughter, and he knows he can t just go kill the person that Misty wants to s
ay is suspect. I think they are waiting their time again....playing like they ar
e in jail for real. Misty is thinking that Ron won t get out to see Junior ever
again....she talks, even though she doesn t want to hurt him. (Remember her tato
o with his name on it?)
5. The phone call to Timmy...what did she say? ?Haleighs gone what do I do? Sure
ly he gave some advice? Why have we not seen him on the news? That family is goi
ng to stick together, period.
6. Im beginning to think that these two are just making up one lie after another
to try and get out of jail.
Maybe, just maybe, it is someone other than the 4 that are being focused on. Thi
s is a way to flush them out .

I think Ron is stupid. For one thing, what man hooks up with a 16 year old girl,
and then expects her to take care of two young kids? I sure wouldn t. Maybe for
an evening out for a couple hours, but to be mom figure? STUPID! He knew she wa
s into drugs as he was too. He kept guns in a small house with kids. STUPID!.. I
did hear Chelsea Croslin say when she last saw Haleigh she was getting in the t
ruck with Ron, waved and blew a kiss. SAD! I think the "family" is sticking toge
ther, and since Joe is just a cousin, he is the best to toss away. I hope I am w
rong on all counts and it was an accident or something less evil! I DO think Mis
ty is the main culprit in the case. I even think she was killed in the house and
then taken to the water. I DO think it was an overdose during one of Misty s dr
ug parties, and they ALL panicked. Maybe even Ron. There is something wrong ther
e with him. You never hear him mention his son. Why? His son seemed not all that
important to him.
Anyway you look at it, try to figure out who did this, it is a sad day when our
children are being killed, mainly lately it seems by family members.

site & thought I would share it. He/she wrote about the latest motion by the def
ense to have Judge Strickland removed from the CA case due to his alleged friend
ship with Marinade Dave & his comment about CA being a stranger to the truth.

after she was charged with child neglect & lying to LE. Seems to me, he had ever

#2 Complimenting someone on their writing skills & fairness to the facts in the
case don t equal a friendship. Neither does calling them to wish them well when
they are in the hospital. I enjoy reading at Marinade Dave s site. I don t alway
s agree with his opinions & some of the posters there don t either but he doesn
t remove their comments or ban them from his site like another site on the CA ca
se does.
IMO this motion is another act of desperation on the part of the defense. If Jud
ge Strickland is removed from the case it may cause another delay but I don t se
e this happening.

Good article Jo. I agree it is another delay tactic, but I also think Cheney Mor
on is trying to get the upper hand and I think he doesn t know what he is gettin
g into or how it is going to affect his client in the long run. Baezhole is just
upset that he has nothing to go on in this case, period! So he is acting out
like a child.
Linn, doesn t Ron have another kid or two somewhere else with someone? Anyway, I
think Ron was with Misty, because she used to be one of his friends bitches ,
as he puts it. I thought Misty was doing a little prostituting on the side with
some guy (the one mentioned in the tapes) that Ron worked with and then Misty sa
id she didn t want to do it anymore. She started living with Ron. Maybe that is
not right, I can t remember. But in the tape, Ron says this guy was always steal
ing his bitches. I take it that Ron stole one of his (Misty), and the guy was po
ssibly upset? Who knows, it such a circus. None of these people should have chil
dren.

oved from the case may have to be refiled. Mr. Mason notarized the document hims

Ron says that he is not mad at Misty, but is dissapointed that she didn t feel l
ike she could tell him something about that night. He is hoping that she was thr
eatened or something like that. Ron also said that the sherrif told him that if
he divorced Misty, they would get her to crack. Also, that if she was in jail, t
hey could get her to crack.
(that s why I think it was a set up with Ron involved to get her in jail, but wh
o knows).

True, but the really sad part is that they will try and show how this whole time
has been tainted by the media, the judge, the public, etc. and her rights ha
ve been violated . All they need is that "one technicality" to get her off. I do
n t want to see that happen! But you can sure bet this is the way they are going
, because they have "nothing" to show she is not guilty. I think this is only th
e beginning of their tactics.

JMo.. You are right. I only know of one other little boy he has. He never sees h
im, never mentions him. Seems to me like, if I even believe this, that he only r

Thank You Rascal! It was a "good" read! As for Haleigh, so sad, yet for now I am
not sure they found her bones. It might be a play for more info..
LP was going to bail out Ronald, but due to his saying he would kill the person
responsible for the death of Haleigh, I think LP took back the offer. Also, acco
rding to Granny AND LE, it might have been Ron s pills that Haleigh took, leadin
g to an overdose. I might be wrong and actually for once hope I am, lol, but I d
o think Ron is involved somehow. Not in the murder, but somehow. Otherwise, why
marry the person weeks after you daughter goes missing that was in charge of her
? Granny said it was so she could not implicate him. I do believe that. Once he
was informed that did not work on a crime commited before the marriage, and one
involving a child, he divorced her yet keep up the relationship. Still say too h
e showed no emotion when he was told by LE to start planning a funeral> Never tr
usted him, or ANY man sleeping with a 16 year old.. He seemed to me like he coul
d be very violent and from what I have read, he was at times. Well, Heaven has H
aleigh and Caylee. Maybe they can become friends in Heaven. Sad. Gee, the world
seems to be falling apart.

I think that showing Misty some bones was to purely try and shock her and possib
ly make her break down.
I may have to walk the plank, but I think Misty was drugged up and can only reme
mber bits and peices of information. When she failed the poly s, I think she wan
ted to know herself what the truth was and to prove she didn t know what happene
d, at least in her conscious mind, so she failed it. I think her subconscious mi
nd knows alot, but I also think she doesn t know for absolute sure if what she k
nows is a dream or if it was for real. I just don t think she would of given all
the information she did, if she had been trying to hide anything. Maybe I m wro
ng, but it just really seems that way to me. Maybe the more she sobers up, the m
ore her memory returns and the more she realizes that those memories were not dr
eams. I also think Misty has fears of what she did that she doesn t remember doi
ng.
This case will drive one batty to the point that you don t know what to think or
who to believe, but I do think Haleigh is dead and that more than one person wa
s involved.

None of the info about funeral arrangements came from the sheriffs department or
any other LE agency. Just more rumors fueled by uninformed people & the interne
t. I don t think LE has any more today than they did on day 1.
Marinade Dave strikes back at Casey Anthony & her defense team. He let them have
it big time. Not only did the defense s latest shenanigans get them a Judge tha
t will not allow their BS to continue they have made an enemy of the one person
that was fair & balanced when reporting about the case.

Ok, I need to ramble for awhile here and get my thoughts out....Of course Misty
was sexually abused as a child!! She even pointed out that Tommy and Joe abused
her all the time and that her Mom would punish her for it. That s probably why s
he was so promiscuous at an early age and using drugs. This is just the nomal m.
o. for this family.
I think the same thing with Casey. I think George and Lee are both guilty of thi
s and they have just made out that since she is a liar, she must be lying about
this; besides, she has good old Psycho Cindy Mom to take everyone s side but her
s and sweep it under the rug so no one will find out.
I think I mentioned in another post that there are just certain behaviors that a
person exhibits and certain ways they say things that couldn t be said by someo
ne who had never experienced that. I think children who are sexually abused bloc
k things from their memory because it is so painful. It comes out as an adult or
teenager.... Look at the guy who has a family and just had a son, he went and s
hot the guy (boy scout leader) who abused him all his childhood. Not until that
moment could he commit murder, but it did come out.
I really wonder about all the sick statements Lee made during the memorial to Ca
sey (I love you CMA, ...), all their strange behaviors and friendly pictures tog
ether and the suicide attempt by George, that just screams guilt feelings to me
and then Casey telling George in the jail tapes that she just started being able
to just start talking to him again, and how he said, hello gorgeous! when he
showed at the jail. I would freak out if my Dad said something like that to me.
What about all the porno shots of Casey that LE found on George s computer? Eh?
Something I noticed about both of these families (although on different socioeco
nomic and eduational levels) is that they remind each other that they have to s
tick together and that there are people out there trying to tear them down. To
me, this speaks Volumes on sexual abuse and abuse! To me it says, others don t
like the way we do things in our family, which is our secret, and we have to sta
y loyal to what we do in our own secret world . That is what sexual abusers tell
their victims! this is our little secret , if you tell, something bad will ha
ppen , blah blah...
I found it interesting that Misty could tell LE about her past abuse with a stra
ight face and no emotion, like she was so used to it and it was so common....som
eone who was not used to that would of been in hysterics or emotional talking ab
out what happened. It was common place for her.
I think Casey put it in her letters, because she wrote out her feelings and they
were to a stranger she thought she could trust and someone that Cindy couldn t
control!!!
I think these folks search for control in their life. Casey with her manipulatio
n of everyone and Misty with her being the boss with kids and being able to get
Ron to be all hers. By marrying Ron, I think she was happy that it showed others
that she wasn t the prostitute that she really was. Casey did it by creating he
r fantasy life too of jobs, money, college, etc. She wanted to show everyone she
wasn t the loser she was. In the end, they both lost. Misty was divorced from R
on and began dealing drugs. Casey was found out too.
I don t think it means that Misty did anything to Haleigh, but obviously she had
a part in it in some way. However, Casey needs to give up the Zanny story...ser
iously. Either she did it on purpose, or it was an accident. No one else killed
Caylee.
Thinking here too of Motive for Murder....what about the ex of Ron s that has hi
s other son? She hated Misty for taking Ron from her.....hmmm, ya never know.

got who. Anyway, Granny said she said she thought he molested her, so if he did,
as she was always wanting to go over to see him, "She must of liked it". I admi
t, I was stunned. I think Granny is in it for the reward, yet if Misty was abuse
d, then why beg to go to the abusers house?
As for Ron, who would let someone he knew for 4 months, that knew she had been o
n a sex/drug binge for 3 days, and then force her to come and watch very small c
hildren? I WOULD NOT! Even Granny said that. But not sure anymore what to think.
misty and Casey are in a box of their own. young and yet cannot be broken. I kno
w at that age within 3 minutes I would be confessing to every crime unsolved. I
cannot believe their stamina. Only thing is, I believe Misty was part of it all,
I even think Ron might know more, and as for Tommy or Timmy or whoever they are
, and cousin Joe? Just don t know. I am almost with Granny thinking ALL were inv
olved.
There is a movie coming out in 2 days based on all of these people that we have
talked about.

hat the night in question involved someone who took Haleigh in exchange for some
thing...maybe money owed? Look what that woman did in Florida...exchanged her li
ttle 5 year old for drugs (the one we saw getting on the elevator at the hotel a
nd the guy was carrying her). I think there could of been some involvement with
trades of guns/drugs/money? Maybe this is why they are so secretive? I just can
t understand why the strong bond? Usually those bonds come unglued at some point
to save your own hide, but if it doesn t, then it is kept to save more than you
r own hide and can involve other people. I mean this are not bright, brilliant m
asterminds that can fool the police. These people are protecting something so we
ll, maybe out of fear, enough that they don t crack or confess anything, even un
der several poly s....(except maybe Tommy lately).
I have to think too that from the beginning, Misty has ratted out Tommy and Joe.
..but they have never ratted her out. (except when Tommy said Misty wasn t home
that night). What is that all about? Maybe they really are all dense in the head
and none of them have a clear picture of what happened due to drug brain damage
??? Too bad little Junior can t talk! Also, why just Haleigh that night and not
Junior?

LOL...well that s more of a bombshell than what we ve heard lately. At least we

On the tape, I think Ron says that Tommy told him that he had to get his son(JR)
out of there, as he thought there was going to be another Lake Placid! (this was
in reference to when Tommy, Jr and Joe were down fishing at the St.John) and it
got dark and the alligator eyes popped out of the water and Joe said, this woul
d be a great place to hide a body (or something to that effect). Strange that th
is was mentioned early on in those tapes to the detective.

I decided to listen to the 911 tape again on Haleigh. Interesting, because the f
irst thing Misty says is: (and this is what it sounds like to me: WE, I just wok
e up and our back door was wide open and I can t find my daughter. The dispatche
r asks her for her address and Misty says: Greenlane, that was, I mean... Then t
he dispatcher asks her for the numerical. Misty says(in a changed voice, like sh
e forgot the upset voice) "numerical, what s that?" Then the dispatcher asked he
r When did you last see her? Misty says: We uh, just you know, it was about ten
oclock, we were, she was sleeping (and then I think she says..I was cleaning?) R
on in the background says, How do you let my daughter get stole in the middle of
the night? They determine that Haleigh was 5. Then the dispatcher asks her what
was her daughter last seen wearing? Misty says, she was in her pajamas. We wer
e sleeping! Dispatcher says: you said your back door was wide open? Misty says,
Yes, with a brick. etc etc.
It s so strange to listen to it now after all we know.....
Strange that Ron refers to going to prison, over and over? Instead of trying to
think of who might have Haleigh or whatever. I also think it is strange that he
is at the house, yet Misty is the one that called 911!!! If it was me, and that
was my daughter, I would of been the one calling 911.

More about Cousin Joe and Hank Senior......you have to wonder why so much talk a
bout Joe in the beginning? Is it Misty, Tommy and Timmy all covering themselves
and accusing him? If so, why would Misty implicate Tommy in all of this? Why wou
ld Tommy be telling what he knows about the lake? Why did Misty call and talk to
Timmy before calling 911? Did she call to see if Joe was there and if he had Ha
leigh? Is that when they realized he was fully dressed in his bed? Why hightail

JMo..I also do not believe she will get the death penalty. I am not sure I even
wish that for her, not matter what she is. Her parents and lifestyle say a lot a
bout her mind. She is a child in an adult s body. She most likely has a low IQ,
never went beyond what??? 4th or 8th grade. I would never allow my kids to drop
out. her parents could care less. her dad does seem to care about all of them, b
ut at the same time seems to know NOT to trust Misty. I do think and yes I can b
e very wrong, but I do think Joe is being used as the scapegoat. Hope I am not w

the next day was that he was given a ride to where ever Misty lives and his rid

When you think about it, either she is trying to get poor little Mystery off the

I don t know, but I remember the story that he gave was that when he got home, M
isty was up and met him at the door and told him, then they began looking for Ha
leigh (under the beds, that were on the floor , tee hee). Strange, eh?
I would of been on that damn phone right away to get the police out there!!! I w
ould not of waited and then have the drugged out dingy person who supposedly d
oesn t know what happened call 911 for me and then yell in the background the wh
ole time about how he s not afraid to go to prison. I don t get it! I would of b
een outside screaming to the top of my lungs for my child, waking up everyone in
their trailers! But, I guess that didn t happen. Something is really fishy, or

Does anyone remember hearing that Haleigh wondered off before and Crystal says s
he found her face down in a canal and had to revive her??? Of course, she never
called 911 either. Now tell me why if your child is missing would you not call 9
11? and why when you find her (reportedly unconscious) and you have to revive he
r, would you not take her to the Dr. or call 911? And how does Crystal claim tha
t Haleigh was in the care of Ron when she wondered away, but it was Crystal that
found her? Sorry, but she is still suspect in my eyes (that is until they arres
t and convict someone in this case).

JMo.. Supposedly, Misty said she heard, and this is from one of the whack granni
es, but she heard Haleigh screaming/crying and two of her nut relatives were the
re, Could have been one or both, but Haleigh is on the couch that " was bouncing
" according to Jr. so she got Jr. and they hid under the covers so they did not
have to hear it as loud. Again though, that does not make sense as as sick as th
is is, there would have been blood on the cushions. But nice Misty if true. Go h
ide and let a 5 year old get raped. However, I don t believe Haliegh was raped.
I think she was drugged or got ahold of some, OD d and was hiden in the dumpster
until they could think, Hmmm the baby should still be there in that case, but t
hen they decided, to dump her in the river. I honestly don t think Joe was invol
ved. I am not even sure about the one brother. I Do think Misty was, the other b
rother and sad to say, possibly Ron. Something odd there. He was honestly I thin
k stricked with grief at first, but then when he realized she got into HIS drugs
? Hmmm again. Possibly then he did not want jail. He knows more. Why has he neve

Well what is really sad is that the media has false reported and taken the truth
so far out of context, that no one knows what to think any more. It is definite
ly going to be a wait and see game....it could be ANYONE, because the cops have
only said they have a few persons of interest . Again, that could be anyone, no
t necessarily those that are in jail either. There is just so much doubt when yo
u start thinking about things, ya know. I mean, the cops can t even figure this
one out. They bumbled it from the very beginning. I think the drug bust was a re
ally lame attempt at trying to get confessions and its not working. I don t thin
k they gave this case the amount of attention it deserved right from the beginni
ng. And what about the detective who says he has solved the case and we will all
be surprised, because its not who we think it is? This thing is going in a hund
red different directions. And these people and their way of life and living is s
o strange to many, that they are hard to figure out.

Yes, I would think so! I think though that the jail phones are recorded and some
one would of known about those phone calls where Misty and Tommy confessed to he
r. Its really strange.
I wonder too who vouched for Ron being at work? I wonder if he clocked in, then
got pissed off when he couldn t find Misty and left for a while and came back to
work to clock out? Hmmm. Someone might of covered for him? I read somewhere tha
t he dialed Misty 90 times that night...but who knows if that is true. I wish we
had all the phone records and the pings on them too. However, I don t rule anyo
ne out, including Crystal and Nay Nay when it comes to Haleigh disappearing.
Sad when we see 2 families from FL that are strange, and disfunctional both kill
a little girl. But the sad part is there coverup and lies. One family very much
involved in drugs. I know Rons Mom worked at the Sheriff office, did he get spe
cial treatment for that reason and so many charges dismissed. We see it all the
time with others, a slap on the hand and out they go on there merry way.

I will say this, if Tommy knows what happened (but he is not responsible for Hal
eigh dying), then he has covered it up either 1. because he was involved in the
body disposal OR 2. he is covering for either his sister or cousin or both. We s
hall see.
I just don t understand why they won t have him go on record as to what happened
and who did it? I can see them all being in on it, if Haleigh died accidently,
but since his lawyer says that Tommy knows WHO did it, then that voids out that
and points to specific person/s that did this.

NG is doing the story that Susan Powell s body might have been found! I DO belie
ve it is her. Found I think 213 or so miles away. remember him renting a car and
putting several hundred miles on it? Only good thing is she was killed and left
in the snow. They are saying if the just found her in the April snow starting t
o melt, she might have almost been frozen therefore well preserved! Sad to see t
hat in print, yet this man seems like a snake. Taking babies in freezing weather
at past midnight to camp? UH NO!! I think she was stashed somewhere, then the r
ented car, body in trunk and drives hundred s of miles away to dump her in a rem
ote area. Just unlucky for him, that people found her in that remote area. I hop
e he gets nailed. He has sole custody now of those babies and who knows what he
would do to them someday.
Rascal, what did the Radio show say? Sniffle.. Can t get those to work either. I
can see clips if I have the patience, which I never do, but I wish I had a top
up to date computer that did not give me gray hair every time I use it.

Since Hollars was not on I did not bother to listen.
I do not think he used the rented car for dumping the remains, that was rented a
fter he they took the family vehicle in for forensics. Taking off that many hour
s with a rented car would have been a dead givaway. I did hear tonight that the
cops went to the house and had to break in and found 2 large fans running on a v
ery large wet spot.

But I did watch an old news coverage of Chelsea saying that she knows Misty had
nothing to do with it. She says that Misty is young and never passed the 6th gra
de, so she isn t real bright. She says there is absolutely no way that Misty cou
ld fool the FBI, police, etc after hours and hours of interrogation. She believe
s Misty may know something, but is so messed up she can t recall it.

Looks like these are the slowest news days in a long while. I wonder if the medi
a was scolded for putting out false sensationalizing reports..???? You have to w
onder. But I really wonder what is going on in the jails too. Look what has gone
on with Casey...crooked guards, people passing notes that clean her cell and br
ing her food, cellmates ratting her out, who knows. And the same thing is probab
ly happening with the Haleigh bunch.
I wish the media would do some real investigating and find out some stuff instea
d of taking what LE says and twisting it around to make a story. And that all th
ese freaks would quit trying to get a name for themselves by doing and saying cr
azy off the wall stuff that is so far fetched, who could believe it in the first
place.
