Primary role was to establish and implement Company security strategy and alignment among
business units. Ensured consistency with security operations, plans and protocols among the
various domestic and international locations and managed teams of security managers in
international high threat locations.

Ensured security assessments of Company international operations were conducted and

directed the implementation of security measures to counter threats identified in the
assessments.

Designed and coordinated the installation of the physical and technical security

Key objective was to implement security programs and draft country evacuation and other
emergency plans for international high risk locations.

Led project team that resulted in a successful evacuation from Ecuador. The eight
month project consisted of a cross-functional team that resulted in a safe, orderly
withdrawal of Company personnel and a cessation of business operations without
