Document and analyze companys business processes as well as maintaining the SAP
system in accord with defined system administration policies and guidelines to facilitate
effective business operations.

5. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Main Accountabilities

Clearly document the existing business processes, relevant work environment and
performance measures to enable process stakeholders to understand and implement the
same in a standard way.
Analyze business processes that may be improved and/or automated to envision the proper
improvement and/or automation recommendations, which will increase efficiency and
productivity while maintaining competitive advantage.
Analyze the business activities cost drivers to build the proper Activity Based Costing
framework, which will increase decision making accuracy.
Engage in identification of root causes of operational inefficiencies or data integrity issues.
Work with the operation personnel and SAP consultant on preparing the Business Blue Print

(BBP) for related modules.


Assist in master data collection in accordance with defined policies.
Handle the after-go-live support through close system monitoring and issue solving.
Assist in the design and implementation of system testing plans in accordance with system
implementation.
Test the system to ensure that it is running as designed in the Business Process Procedures
(BBP).
Assist in the design and conducting of user/super user training programs to facilitate
effective use of system.
Prepare the Business Process Procedure documents (BPP) for training.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of SAP system
implementation, processes and practices taking into account international best practice,
improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Assist in the preparation of MIS statements and periodic reports of SAP Module Management
activity timely and accurately to meet Abudawood and department requirements, policies
and standards.
