Translation
Y Allah ! " # ! Open the door of knowledge and wisdom for us,
and have mercy on us! O the One Who is the Most Honourable
and Glorious!

Translation: Allah ( ! " # ) is the Greatest. Allah ( ! " # ) is the
Greatest. There is none worthy to be worshipped except Allah
( ! " #), and Allah ( ! " #) is the Greatest. Allah ( ! " # ) is the
Greatest, and all the praise is for Allah ( ! " # ).

The Takbr
is called Takbr-e-Tashrq. Reciting it once loudly is Wjib,
whereas reciting it thrice is preferable after all Far als
offered with the first Jamat of the Masjid from the Fajr
al of 9th to the Ar al of 13th ul-ijja-til-arm.

Takbr is also Wjib for the Masbq (i.e. one who has
missed one or more Rakt), but he will recite it after he has
offered his missed Rakt and performed his own Salm.
